Don’t be ridiculous. I wish Birmingham to be successful and prosperous going forward. Thought the crowd last night was poor so if that was a good crowd would shudder to the what crowds have been like. The presentation was great, the track was ok if very slick. The racing was not great as it was difficult to pass but not too dusty until the very end. Very frustrating to not get decent amount of customers through the door with so many people living in the area.

Pirates could have had 60 but gave Adam Roynon his full quota and didn’t use Lawson and Worrall in heat 15. It was all over in the first 3 heats and it was a very one sided meeting played out in front of a small crowd. Lots of Pirate fans made the trip to cheer on the boys, some getting very nicely pickled. Next up the matter of a trophy on Friday night.

Well done to Anders Rowe. Best rider there by the proverbial mile but missed the gate in the final but still got through to second. Bailey with his ex-home track advantage stole it but it was a good meeting.

What about back to London in future. West Ham’s London Stadium would be perfect.

There’s no collywobbles to be had about this meeting. We can all watch the stream on BSN. Champions will not be in doubt but Poole will hopefully not just go through the motions to get 30 points. Think they will want to win on the night. Forecast shows a small risk of a few light shower in the afternoon. Shouldn’t put the meeting in doubt.

This current series is extremely week compared to every other year the GP has been run. Past it riders hanging on, some making their way, and none with any consistency other than Zmarzlik who has been given n easy ride by every other rider in the competition. Weak and pathetic.

Absolutely. Very poor tonight. Did the pass then left a gaping hole. Block Zmarzlik! He wouldn’t have passed if Lambert had been tougher. All too easy for the pole. Others need to be tougher!

Or leaving a bloody hole. Poor from Lambert. Ruthless? Limp wristed more like!

But if Lambert was there on the inside, Zmarzlik can’t ride through him. Instead left a bike size hole. Pathetic!

Sick of all the room others given to Zmarzlik. What the actual Eff was Lambert doing not closing the door? Can’t make it any easier for the pole!

Not close since Poole have been in the Championship. Nothing to do with injuries. Poole have always built better teams. More thought required to properly challenge for the title.

That we would win a couple of years ago Brian and we were soundly beaten. Nothing is guaranteed!
