Not worrying at all. The PL provides regular top quality actual racing rather than the often processional EL alternative.
-
Good question, anybody know?
-
Is bombing the next BPSA meeting possible-might even give George a heads-up to give it a miss. Another exactly. It seems that pink elephants can fly for some, but try and give a Brit a break and the 'rule book police, 'rear their intensely ultra heads,
-
How , gory details needed so we can vilify them properly.
-
Bugger.
-
One word-Commitment- he always gives his all, and with a young reserve you need an older head as back-up.
-
Like it ? at this time of night, I don't even understand it-me and math no- looks good though. Exactly, so back to my theory re. deliberate changes to fit in a particular rider.
-
So many people on the terraces would love to see Jase. return, but given his work commitments and young family etc. it seems unlikely.
-
Surely though, as long as the team is declared and ratified, we can use the existing numbers.
-
Needed, yes most certainly, but still a shock to see a young up and coming rider like Rosen dropped. Seems to me more a mathematically influenced drop in order to fit in an specific rider whom the management have already had put pen to paper. Is Henry perceived to have lost something since his injury I wonder.

Hence the fact that propelling NL to elite births is needed to encourage more to come through. Also a big thanks for your heads-up to Eurosports' coverage of the Swedish Elite League. It is indeed a new regular weekly show. When Eurosport started their GP coverage last year I hoped this would happen. Danish and Polish leagues too if they get the viewers is my hope. -

Glad to see we are not the only promotion to think of both rider safety-in the first instance-and spectator satisfaction. Got to say, as I said already on some thread, had Richie doing a number on us. Relieved he had an off day, but to Witches fans-stay with him cos he IS s..t hot. Looking at this weekend I thought two points would have been realistic knowing we lacked Anton's services. Mind you, a two point homer and a loss at Foxhall was in my thoughts. Predict this bank holiday anybody? -

Serious doubt over Rosen prob. r/r for him. As for actual order, after last nights debacle expect a re-working cos the lads did not seem to gell at all. -

Clearly not at Brough last night. While I hope as always for the best, methinks Richie will tear our team into tiny little pieces just small enough for the rest of the Witches to cast their spells. -

you should have told George, maybe with Vader guesting for Anton, we might have even won. Come to think of it, with a tin of green paint Schrambo might do a decent impersonation of Yoda- on his day he is certainly capable of bike levitation. Two matches back and bet I the Glasgow faithful were thinking the same. Now with two good home wins under their belt, maybe not. Sport in general is fickle and our sport even more so. -

Did the r/r rule not use to be up to be one point above the guy you are replacing. Am I wrong or did it change. If not surely Ludo is eligible . -
Warning bells ringing over here at Brough. No Rene to watch so bummer to that, but Wells back to a track he has performed well at in the past. Graz seems to be on fire, but we have arranged a waterlogged track to scupper him. You all saw tonight how Robbo is riding, but the rest of the team-minus Rosen we think?- is problematical. Three hopefully, but two accepted and more likely. Please oh please make me eat humble pie boys, and stuff the Worky Candles.

Pity Steve was not available because he wanted to spanner for Richie in Poland . Did Worrall manage a team place in the Polish leagues cos I would like to check out his progress via the S. Star if I knew his team. -

With the advent of multi -channel sports coverage its prob. fair to say that all sports have reduced crowds when a few cameras, a few cans , a few mates and your own sofa add up to a good night in. A fair comment but if the individuality of the riders is so obvious then tell me why helmet colours were introduced. -

Garbage and the main reason why we cannot attract a new and -vitally more important- younger audience. When are the almost dead and buried going to realise that if this sport does not seriously modernise to the point where the teenager and co. actually WANT to come to speedway, we will live just long enough to see this sport die before our eyes. This ludicrous refusal to realise that race suits are the way forward is inane. Without a doubt The Panthers lack of gear is related to their late league entry. When we started the season looking like tramps, I was far from happy, but thankfully our management understand the power of marketing vs appeasing a dying breed. If they were still around would the thirties originals be clamouring for mucky boiler suits rather than 'leathers', an old scarf as the only face protection and the pot style racing helmet simply because 'that's how it was when I were a lad' Things move on and we MUST embrace it. As a club we are luckier than most with a fairly healthy fan base. I have travelled to many an away match where the words 'great to have you lot here' have been heard because we bring actual supporters to their grounds. Lastly to White Knight- please do not take this personally, your words were merely the catalyst for this I suppose 'rant'. I apologise now for letting my passion for furthering this sport long after we grey hairs are long gone fuelling my words. -

While I understand your comments WK , the sight of seven 'GHOSTS' must surely stir some passion. I was brought up on the exploits of only two riders who stay in my mind. Firstly, the great god Mauger , but barely secondly-had he survived who knows- Le Breton. The Sapphire is here to stay with our present ownership and has to be better than being named after some dodgy euro car dealership. Heart on sleeve, as a recently re-introduced fan, the blue diamond is way better, and while it may alienate some long standing fans, it wont make them quit. If the currant image intros new fans who stay, then I for one am all for it.
