No, but they are the ones who put their lives on the line for our entertainment and would soon say something if the track was bad.

I was at the meeting and watched the stream this afternoon on Discovery+. When Chris Holder was interviewed he said the track was good. He also said the problem the Tigers riders had was that none of them could get their set ups right so they were all doing their own thing to try and improve things. Brennan and Pickering had obviously found something that worked late on in the meeting. None of the riders I saw interviewed had any complaints about the track.

I think that's what Kelv must mean. The crowd were all healthy as there didn't look many there at all.

Just to add a little to the thread about track watering. Many years ago I went to a meeting at Long Eaton that was called off on a nice sunny evening because the track was waterlogged. Not because of a cloud burst but because the track had been overwatered!

He was when they were the Lion's mascots too.

I'm in Devon and I'm not buying a stream that doesn't start until the match is finished. I shall just get the heat results up on proboards for free!
