So Workington will have a couple of juniors in for Bach and Grajczonek while Scunny will I'm guessing have to use a junior for Klindt who it seems is down to ride in Poland. I thought you didnt get this crap in the PL?!

Maybe because I do still care for a love the sport? I can just see it's currently being taken over by a horrible cancer. I don't like what Ford has been doing for years and even worse I don't like the way the BSPA are letting him get away with it. How do you suggest I get this to stop other than to point it out on this forum so others can see whats going on and hopefully lead to some change. Or I could do what thousands of others have done and stop caring, stop going so the sport losing even more money/fans and dies a little more.

What happened? Well when my team won the play-offs Matt Ford prevented any celebrations in 2010. Then all winter Ford, Adams/CVS and Pratchett screwed my club into the ground. If that wasn't good enough, in the August of that year, Matt Ford as a member of the MC knew Coventry were making changes so accepted part of it and left Coventry unable to field a team one meeting as he knew one of the riders in the team was banged up in a prison cell with his prize asset, Darcy Ward. This is the stuff that directly related to Coventry but what about Poole/Lakeside in May 2012 where he used Kurtz to replace Sam Master at #2 and used Mateusz Szczepaniak as a guest in reserve for Kling when he should have had Szczepaniak in the 1-5 and Kurtz as the replace in reserve for Lindgren. Or when in 2002(or was in 01?) Hans broke his leg so Poole were allowed to sign a replacement, fine, except they used Zetterstrom whos average was higher! What about 2009 when they had to change the rules on how riders got averages and how many teams made the play-offs after Poole cheated? That why I used to be a supporter but now just moan.

Lewis Kerr with his 1 season of PL racing had "experience"? Even Garrity only had 2 seasons of PL racing.

The problem with reginalisation is that what are in reality local teams get split away. So take the list in post 2, Coventry lose local trips to Swindon and Peterborough (both about an hour away) and even Scunny, Lakeside and Rye House are well within the 2 hours but end up with Berwick, Workington, Glasgow and Edinburgh that are miles away. I don't know the answer, but thats not it.

When it become the NL (rather than the CL) and become a bit more pro, clubs were allowed to "own" riders - makes sense tbf.

I thought Hampels only problem was a lack of form and crap bikes (so he says). Personally Id be amazed if Nicki and Woffy didnt ride.

I hate Poole. I've never denied it and often admitted it. I'm loving that you don't have a team and don't think it could happen to a better management team. I wouldn't wish injury on anyone but as a sport injuries are more or less guaranteed so if someone has to have them, let it be Poole. Screw Matt Ford and screw Poole Speedway.

He's never raced for them. So just use who the hell you like.

He's injured, I am only human, I can do nothing about it. Maybe Matt Ford with his divine powers can injured riders/make them fit again but I can't Good to see we're sticking to the Poole tradition of "screw the rules"

You could call it the Young Shield in the PL and the Craven Sheild in the EL. People will turn up in huge numbers and just love it. <end sarcasm>

So Monster/BSI would not want Darcy banned so they'll get him off on a technicality by messing up the testing. Brilliant! Surely they don't need the tests anyway, he's admitted it.

At 22 Greg Hancock, Jason Crump, Jarek Hampel, Nicki Pedersen and Andreas Jonsson were all also still riding in the UK.

Amazing, his second sample comes back 2 days ago yet he's already banned for 2 days, Ward failed 3 tests on Sunday and is still riding!

Why do you think Sky want it? Probably because people watch it. If people are watching it then it must be what the people want. Fancy that, speedway giving the people what they want Play-offs and the 3-2-1-0-1-2-3-4 point scoring system are the two best thing to have happened to the sport in the last 10-15 years in this country. Admittedly there not a lot of competition for them "good ideas"

Bv vs Lakeside/Eastbourne. Both away teams had a reserve missing so they used the other teams reserve as a guest - or planned to until it rained. The other way to look at it is the Newcastle rider would have had track time to get his bike set up. As for needing guests, Rye House have a few riders! Unless it was a real apocalypse and all of Rye Houses riders got injured

He was infinitely over the limit. As a % he could not have got more over the limit if he was a bottle of 100% proof ethanol.

Why the hell at Rye House not just using a Newcastle rider as a guest? Surely there no better way of saving costs?!
