  1. He's basically replacing Marcin who was really hairy around Ashfield. So no change there. However he proved that he could get around Armadale which Marcin didn't so another bonus for us.
  2. Not if some riders get a 2.5% discount, not if you missed a season or two, not if you are riding in a different division from last year, not if the Eastbourne fixtures get removed, not if you were a rising star, not if you are on an assessed average being a rider who has never ridden in the UK or are returning from a serious injury.
  3. Surely the starting averages for team building purposes in 2022 is what is required rather than 2021 end of season averages. An explanation on how they were calculated would also be helpful e.g averages, minus bonus points, based on the whole of the 2021 season, minus Eastbourne matches. Or based on the last 20 meetings no matter which year. Or a conversion rate from championship to premiership. Or assessed, etc
  4. Excellent piece of analysis. Can't disagree with one word of it
  5. From what has been said about the 'culprits' on here previously, it would be burnt-out and possibly with the security people still inside
  6. Exactly and that is what they did in 2021. They got rid of Keleher and as Mr Shovlar has said spent big to get in Basso. As I've said in another post the Ford's reaction is purely to get a story in the local press and to get the pirates sheep, sorry fans, to support them, and get angry with Glasgow rather than with them. They must be lining up another purchase of a chateau
  7. Interesting that Poole claim they would race on different nights to accommodate Ben yet they left the Premier League because they said that only Wednesday night would work for them financially. So basically they've adopted an approach used by politicians for some time, 'deflect the blame onto someone else whilst also getting your name in the papers' . And well done to Blobby for getting them even more publicity.
  8. He also scored well for Poole at Edinburgh so he is clearly a good guy as well as being a good young rider.
  9. You don't do irony do you? Look at the dates
  10. They tried to upload it on 18 June 2021 but for some reason it didn't work.
  11. Such loyalty to the whiter than white gaffer. You'll be driving him around the country next
  12. Tosh1218 What an appropriate name and yes we've all spotted your typo at the end.
  13. I'm really pleased had convinced myself he would have moved to a track closer to home. He comes across as a decent lad as well as being a brilliant prospect. His decision to stay with us also shows loyalty to the Glasgow fans and owners. Did I say I was really pleased
  14. I don't know what you've done but nothing from the pilates fan since your last post
  15. You have the power. It is your thread just change its name (maybe you are allowed to delete it?) and start another one 'The Real Glasgow 2022' thread
  16. It's only right that we try and wind you up.
  17. Good start with the team building in signing Connor Bailey. Wonder if they are going to announce the team in reverse order? If so Connor would be a strong no. 7
  18. He was a nodding dog. He nodded then did his own thing. Got found out and then walked out.
  19. You are an Edinburgh fan; your expectation of how Glasgow have performed or not is of no interest or value to any Tigers fans and for that matter most speedway fans.
  20. You are on the wind up or seriously not well with your comment about the current owners.
  21. Spot on. Would imagine we'd get lots of positive PR and I'm sure the younger riders would benefit AND if he was signed as a second string could probably do a decent job.
