  1. In what way is he overrated and by who. You say he is a good young rider, one of the better 2 point riders but despite that you think he is overrated, give me strength.
  2. Or he might do a Leon Madsen, one look at the Armadale track and on the next plane home.
  3. if you are going to make things up at least try and attempt to write a sentence otherwise people will think you are just a
  4. No doubt you would have slagged him off if he hadn't signed the picture and ignored the lad. I don't suppose you offered to carry his kit bag or offer your medical opinion?
  5. Lots of bonus points for the Poole riders so they are learning from Richard.
  6. I agree he is your best rider but by carefully gathering bonus points he gets paid the same, reduces his average and gets lots of guest bookings and earns even more money.
  7. Looking forward to this. On paper Tigers should qualify ok but a few years ago Scunthorpe surprised us all by winning at Ashfield. Ryan Douglas will do well and Simon Lambert always gives 100%. I've been impressed by Connor Mountain and I can see him getting extra rides. However, the Tigers don't have any weak links and in the end it should be a comfortable win for the home side.
  8. You've got your Connor's mixed up. It's Connor Bailey
  9. Blobby, Why bother guessing when you don't know. Just makes you look stupid but then again....
  10. With large crowds reported from some tracks down south, just wondered if anyone has any idea of last nights attendance
  11. Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse. That's me done with speedway.
  12. Perhaps we could invite some Poole riders to guest for both teams and that would give Poole fans a chance to enjoy good speedway and support their riders or perish the thought have a good moan
  13. Thanks for the heads up. I've cancelled the train and hotel. Lost some money but it could have been worse. Cheers.
  14. They said on BSN the referee would allow one more heat to see how things went. Paul Starke fell and that was that, the ref abandoned it; simple.
  15. See posts above quoting John Campbell that there are no options for Edinburgh to compete next year.
  16. Surprised to find this thread in the Premiership section, particularly as there is another one, 34 pages long, in the 'Individual' section. A bit ironic that only one of the top three actually race in the Premiership
  17. Congratulations to Dan Bewley and well done to Tom Brennan and Craig Cook. Impressed by Cookie seeing it was his first competitive meeting since 21 August when he was injured at Redcar after ending up in the fence after a mistake from Charles Wright.
  18. With Leicester haven chosen to meet Edinburgh, Glasgow have announced that their leg of the Play-offs semi-final, against Poole or Plymouth, will be held at Ashfield on Sunday 25 September 2022 at 6pm. I wonder if any Poole fans will comment?
