We lacked a regular No.1 due to 'crap' team building...but we had some great guest appearances to compensate! I'm neither happy, or sad....I'm just expressing an opinion and I think so far as team building goes, 10 points on Morris is a mistake, unless you've got a Scott Nicholls to give him support ....

Pearson is the one that should/can improve, so, I see your point (pardon the pun) but I'd stick with him... Its the 10 plus Morris that's going to have the biggest negative impact. I would have sacrificed Bowtell for a 2 pointer and got a stronger replacement.

Not sure...I think I'm just comparing to 'Bham'....would prefer Cook/Pickering Thomson looks useful too!

I think lowering Team Ave to 40 has caused more of an issue? we've known for a while that Edinburgh were returning, so plenty of time to take a different path... I think we will be fair at home, which is an improvement on last season....(Vissing/Auty/Ellis were woeful signings) but that's history!

Finished 5th in the Aussie Final too....he's definitely one for the future, but we all know that it depends on confidence etc....

As for the final signing? I think we're waiting to see if Tate Z is going to be fit or not ?

Just to add a comment re:costs etc.... My perspective is, it's not about how much, but what is the value ? Everybody will have their own opinion on value, based on their financial/social status....(some people will not just look forward to seeing some speedway, but meeting up with like minded people/friends etc...) So, my take is........ is £20 value for money to watch/attend a Championship meeting ? (forget the travel/food/drink etc....)
