Or may be because the fans want to see the best riders in the world in action ??? I have to disagree once again....not wanting to sound 'confrontational'...(it's just opinions...) As a spectacle, Cardiff is nowhere near as good as it used to be.....from the pre-match build up, to the presentation and so on.... As for the racing ? obviously that will depend on the surface that's prepared....

Not sure I agree with that bit of your quote? We went because it was 'amazing'....100,000 people....may be 20% of that attendance(at a stretch) had a clubman to cheer on ?

Not sure if its already been added? But surely the demise of speedway in this country will have something to do with it being so popular and far better run, in other countries ? The best of the best don't ride here....? We used to have all the best riders riding in England and that's what 'partly' drew the fans in....(just my opinion).

Personally I couldnt give 2 shinny sh#tes who Leicester use at reserve, but we all know that it wont be an away win ......If you were up against Poole, may be....but you're competing against the weakest team in the League, surely that's the time to give the inexperienced riders a go ??? We all know that B'ham will be lucky to hit 30 points, let alone 40 !!

I'm pleased for the fans! I hope the attendance matched the performance. It's amazing how riders can have a turn in form when they know that their place is under threat from 'available' alternatives My reverse team talk psychology worked yet again ... I know.....I need to give up on predictions...I'm not very good at all.... I hope this form lasts!

You're probably right there Dog....however, I don't think there will be a next season if crowd numbers continue to decline.... My reasoning behind Clegg is two-fold, may be entice a few Ex-Heathens and make home meetings more competitive. Like you, I would like to see Pearson develop, he looks a good prospect....not as good as I envisaged from reports etc.....
