We fans base things base things on wot we see and factually know little about. If things were actually explained to us then we might not get annoyed or so annoyed by things like wot we call tractor racing. All it takes sometimes is a simple explanation like yours @BTFC LION to appease us. In that 30mins some entertainment should have been put on by Leicester tho, this is another speedway failing. Admittedly I wasn't at Leicester last night but I do attend regularly. This happens with alot of things that go on within the sport that pees us fans off, nothing is ever explained as to why something is done.

Even if they had a lower price and didn't entice more to support this double header isn't necessarily the point. With bigger crowds expected for the play offs & possible cup final this was an ideal opportunity to reward the loyal fans by charging say £20 max for this low key double header.

Fantastic news Rob as had a very hard start to promoting with many things going against him which were out of his control and then having to cope with the sad loss of Dave. I was at Newcastle for the Poole/Plymouth double header and just hope that the Newcastle fans come out and SUPPORT Rob and the team. Fans, new and old, appear when there's a rally call so I hope they have been encouraged enough to turn out on a regular basis. Diamonds are Forever! I only paid £20 at Newcastle for their double header vs Poole & Plymouth. Leicester is my local track but certainly won't be going to this double header. WTF, £25/£26 for the final regular league meeting & a NDL meeting against ermmm Kent, that's a reet big smack in the gonads for the loyal support shown by the Lions fans. My comment was tongue in cheek, kind of maybe?, but your correct about the other teams. It's going to be an epic end to the season who ever wins. I'm a regular at Leicester as it's my nearest track & my mates are Lions fans so there's quite a lot of banter between us, hope Lions get the other semi spot. I did see Edinburgh at Leicester the other week and it was a good meeting, do like Josh as he's got a great style and desire to race. You mention Kemp and Rowe but both had an off night that night but hope we don't meet you coz we seem to like to use them at reserve. Yes Scunny and Redcar, we still sticking the plasters on!
