I would think with Tate it would still be potentially too much of a risk to pair him with Ablitt down at reserve? But maybe that's a risk we are willing to take. Keynan Rew on a 5avg seems a no brainer and will have team's from both leagues after him im sure.

Yeah he's certainly earned his average this season. But he's in the awkward position where you're not sure if he will up it or lower it. What he does need is stability and a track he loves and will be riding on it every week

You're right on that. But based on an entertainment factor in my opinion I would rather pay money to watch Danny King as he is one of the most exciting riders in the league! So having King and Worrall on the same average next season I would be picking King for my team!

Don't see any logic in keeping Worrall over King, King has been an excellent captain last couple of years and a much more entertaining rider to watch.

After it holding him back this year I'd of thought he would have everything in place and sorted for next season

Yeah at home Ben Cook has more than enough to fill the third heat leader role, however away from home it would certainly favour poole to have a solid option at 4 to help cover Bens patchy away form. However Bens form towards the end of the season might mean he is only going to up his average even more

Be interesting to see how other team's go at reserve. Must remember that Ablitt could well have a whole year on a lot of new 2 pointers coming into the league, and Ablitt was certainly improving towards the end of season. So I think him at 7 on a 2 point average is a no brainer and we all know Poole usually get it right when finding a young Aussie. If that's the route we go

Just who I think will likely be penciled in and nice to see the kind of teams that can be built with the new points limit

Depends on if we have anything up our sleeves else where in our team, Holder Cook Cook Lawson Ablitt is about 32 points? (I think) So maybe 2 new young Aussies could make for a competitive team, and then as mentioned above. Can play with the averages after the first set of green sheets

Agree. If we can fit Holder, Cooks, lawson/king and still have a competitive rest of the team I'm all for it. But Holder on an 11+ average makes that's very difficult. But as a poole fan I would go every week to watch Holder

Would be very disappointed to keep Steve over Danny. King Lawson Cook Cook should be nailed on for next season on their current Averages

As much as I would love Holder to be back a pirate, I think it will be mathematically impossible in the championship
