For Poole I’ll be wanting at least 12 points. Anything less than 10 I wouldn’t fancy our chances. 16 and higher I’d be confident. I don’t think they had Nagel in either of our meetings at their place? He rides their place like a heat leader.

Has Nagel ridden at Poole before? Pooles only real hope is that he and their reserves don’t get double figures between them. Glasgow will turn up with fire in their belly’s after their rather bitter previous visit to Poole. They’ll want revenge.

Pooles reserves are going to need to be the match winners, they have to have the beating of Glasgows 6/7 in almost all their races, home and away. Hopefully Anders will be well enough to ride to his 100% as there can’t be any passengers.

Out of interest what average would a returning rider get? Would Ellis be on his old Champ average which I think is a low 7? Or be on his converted prem avg which would be above a 9? Maybe he will be back in the championship next year?

Would be very happy with them 5 mentioned. Then all it would be is finding a reliable 3 and 4. Or potentially going big on a 3 and another gamble at 4. worked for Poole in the past having a big 1 3 5. Cairns and Rushen will be an exciting reserve partnership but both will be capable of 0, 0, 0. Hagon on a 3.33 would be on my radar, I wonder if he’s doing Australia again once he recovers from his injury

Kevin Juhl Pedersen announced to be in the Blue Ribband event, be interesting to see how he goes, maybe with an eye to bring him on board for next season should he perform well and stars align, potentially fixture clashes with him being Danish but the pirates do have a history of Danes in their side

Kerrs been steadily improving all season but consistent bike issues and horrid luck(Plymouth) have held him back. if Lawson has the beating of Masters and one of Zach and Kerr go well Poole might get to 50

Feel for the pirates, few shocking decisions and they end up some how losing on the night. glad all riders appear to have gotten away injury free. Id have gone Kerr over Thompson in heat 15. The form of Zach and Anders is a worry

I’m surprised that’s Kerr excluded, didn’t think he did too much wrong, fredriksen went into the back of Joe. Nasty crash for all 3 and hope all are fine to continue
