  1. Sooo.... What's false about his average if it's based on his form?
  2. Talk me through that? Most teams built to a 42 point limit for 2020. There were minimal changes when RS scheme was introduced. We're building to 42 points again for 2022. Nope I'm definitely not following you there
  3. I'd guess probably some of the Kent contingent. Nichols, batch and Dan Gilkes possibly?
  4. Honestly never been impressed with manzares, has had more than one go here rarely been above reserve/ second string. Thought Poole might have learner with Danyon Hume that British riders are often better than expensive foreign riders at bottom end of your team
  5. Completely accurate, he's a trier and a great lad as well. I wouldn't be upset if we kept him but rumour I've heard is last season's second strings won't be back
  6. Sam Jensen did pretty well last time he was at Berwick. He might be available. No sure a track he'd be suited to right enough
  7. I'd be very very surprised and horrified given how he left, his comments on the track and his recent ashfield performances. Would not be a popular signing imo
  8. Track was changed his 3rd year, was dropped and publicly stated hated the changes
  9. And if insinuation is my beloved stripes then that's hilarious. Hates the track and hardly closer to st Helens than Edinburgh
  10. Yeah think heeps can name his price this winter
  11. How dare Leon and Jordan perform so damn well. It's an outrage . Personally think a 2 U23 Brits minimum should maybe have come in to replace it but the RS scheme was flawed from the start
  12. Discussed on Glasgow thread, either 9.93 or 10.5ish I think it was
  13. The riders of sufficient quality aren't available to continue it this season. Most championship clubs already had a RS signed last season prior to the ruling. With flint, kemp, Hume, bailey, the Thompson's, Palin, Jenkins, bowtel all having ridden above the 3.5 average cut off for a 3* there was simply no way of keeping it place in that format. As usual the bspl had no thought of what would happen should these riders perform above expectations. You'd be looking at a championship where all reserves would only be able to take points off each other as not ready for the step up against established championship riders
  14. Having released Kennedy I'd probably say they're looking at neither. I'd think Mr Dickson will be trying to keep the Thompson's at reserve to start the season anyway. Most likely see a 6ish and a 5ish or couple 5.5s IMO
  15. Who from this year's NDL who didn't have a champ place is even close to being able to step up? I can't think of any hence why I think ending RS program, creating a much stronger NDL will give those riders a more competitive environment to bridge the gap. Then this time next year maybe Freeman, Beebee, hagon, Kelly, the mcgurks might be in a position to make the step up
  16. Don't really agree, the league is pretty much same strength as last season and the championship has never had issue giving young Brits a chance. Continuing with it in premiership makes sense as that's where opportunities were fewer
  17. Think he's decided he looks better in stripes
  18. Yeah Connor has a British parent I believe and the family have emigrated back to the UK. Think he'll have to get a British licence though. Many examples of it, nick Morris, Rob branford, Matty wethers, Christian Henry
  19. Ricky was infuriating this season for us, did seem to be finding his form towards end of the season so could just have taken him a while to get used to season out new tyres etc. On more of a gaters track I'd think it's a good signing and should improve his average for the bandits
  20. he was behind aarnio when he crashed in 3rd place in what was his only ride
