  1. It's going to have be 3 riders that clinch this for the tigers..bomber, brennan and Tarasenko. Can't rely on the reserves
  2. Well if it does mean Glasgow win the league tonight all I can say is well done for congratulating them. Proper fair speedway fan .
  3. Poole still in this. Glasgow in control but need others to join the party. Big night for brennan and complin
  4. I think possibly yes it could work. I feel like know matter what they try it's doomed. Quit depressing I know For all the issues Birmingham have that main one is the support isn't there. Shame really as its in hugely populated city with all walks of life nearby.
  5. I don't see how having the wolves memorabilia helps Birmingham still. I'm looking at it from a fans point of view. If my club shut would I travel an extra 18 miles to see a different club with a different name on a different race track? Probably not. There will be a few that go but to make it financially sustainable then Birmingham need at least a 1000 to make the move work. I fear for Birmingham I really do. There support is dreadful.
  6. Interesting point made on the Workington 2024 forum. Someone said they spoke to the promotion and said it was more likely of practice days and amateur meetings next year. Does this mean the championship will gain a few more clubs like the comets, Mildenhall and possibly Kent? I assume that means not only Birmingham stepping up but possibly one more?
  7. I don't know much about pawlicki to be honest..what's he like? I doubt he will be at leicester think some of the wolves boys will want to stay in the Midlands and be shared between leicester and the brummies
  8. If I was Poole I'd make the track absolutely unracable so riders like complin, piper, taresenko, basso and bomber have no chance of passing. Poole to get the set ups spot on and win the heat by bend 1 from the gate..
  9. Poole will put 60 past these lot . Nothing against the Glasgow team but Newman will have compline and piper for dinner. Worrall and lawson will out gate Vadim and brennan. Bomber the only threat for me at Poole. Don't even think basso will hit 10.
  10. Happy for Joe from a lions fan he's been knocked about all year
  11. Can't believe the amount of winging coming from Poole fans. Jesus losing one meeting and its all panic stations! And ironic cheers of a heat advantage.. unbelievably spoilt!
  12. That would be a cracking side depending on the points limit
  13. I still think he is the right man for leicester . He dropped a clanger last year but he gets more right than wrong for sure
  14. Well whoever is possible returning I imagine Phil Morris is pushing hard for this to happen with Peterbrough and wolves closing. God knows where this mystery track is though
  15. I'd personally keep Jack iver Tai. Keep tobi also. Holder, Howarth, Pickering, ?, Toby, Etheridge, RS
  16. I do agree that the points limit around be risen slightly. I'd say 42 is a fair number especially like you said with the amount of big hitters looking for a UK side. I struggle to find enough 4/5 point riders now that can be shared amongst 6/7 teams. In terms of the new track I don't have any idea who that is !
  17. Why are people saying its pointless making predictions? It's a bit of fun that's all. Let's go Emily and Doyle then work from there. Probably keep Rew and King. Move Riss, Hume and Joe T on.
  18. Am I the first to congradulate Sheffield. Here we go..congrats tigers! Champions!
  19. Pressure on Hawkins.. pressure has been building all season for his head. Although a they won the KO Cup! Isn't that enough?
  20. I don't really care who wins but seeing Sheffield do it after last years mess would be fitting. But I also love Emil. Tough one
