  1. Zagar will do well for us if we can produce a track to his liking.
  2. Am I the only one predicting Panthers to win this? A route to victory is very achievable tonight imo. MPT 7 Andersen 5 Worrall 6 Basso 10+ NKI 8 B. Cook 8+ JJ 2
  3. If the Ipswich reserves don't perform well here then they won't perform well on the road at all, Hume and Joe Thompson have both done plenty of laps around Leicester. Leicester weren't firing on all cylinders against us last week imo, We would've won the meeting if it wasn't for a couple of bike failures and that's bad considering we didn't have a No.1. Expecting Leicester to be much improved for tonight's meeting though. Leicester 49 - 41 Ipswich
  4. Will fans pay £20+ to see a much weaker product featuring 5 man teams?
  5. Assuming it's 13 Clubs left in 2023. 91 riders will be needed if it's 7 man teams. Total number of riders currently competing in the Premiership & Championship (81) and in that 81 we've got more than a fair share of NL riders and Championship journey men.
  6. 30 Premiership riders currently D/UP in the Championship (Over 4 Premiership teams worth of riders D/UP) BV (3), IPS (4), KL (4), LEI (6), P'BORO (4), SHEFF (3) and WOL (6) One big league won't be the answer imo, Think we're praying for a miracle at this rate.
  7. Peterborough and Wolves won't be coming to tapes in 2024 as things stand so where does our great sport go from here? Vast majority of Championship clubs don't have the financial resources to compete in one big league and there isn't enough riders to go around knowing how many D/UP. Can't run a 5 team Premiership either so that's out of the question, A couple of the Championship's bigger clubs are hesitant to move up for various reasons ranging from local derbies to race nights. British Speedway is looking bleaker than it's ever been before and it's a sad / worrying time for supporters of all clubs because even the secure clubs need opposition to race against in order to keep them on track.
  8. Sorry to hear the new guys. I did say on the Peterborough thread the other day that you will follow us so this doesn't shock me at all, The whole sport in our country is going to collapse within the next two years.
  9. WTF was that ride from Lindgren lol. Was only interested in trying to ruin Madsen's race.
  10. Lidsey will score a bucket load on a track that Aussie's love, Bewley may feel a bit fatigued though considering he's a busy lad today with two meetings and a helicopter ride. Panthers to nick a win if MPT can score 7+ with Worrall scoring at 6+. Panthers 46 - 44 BV.
  11. Could go out on a high note after all. Narrow defeats without a No.1 so imagine what we could do with a No.1
  12. Very true. Huge respect to Richie for saying what everyone's actually thinking but like you said the Danes will have to keep quiet if they want in on the WC.
  13. Richie's won me over after the interview he gave about Nicki.
  14. Nope, Was always going to get a bucket full tonight around Leicester.
  15. Get a No.1 in then we might be able to clinch the bonus point off Leicester now.
  16. Ipswich don't have time which is the problem because Emil's average is going to sky rocket. So a massive decision has to be made on Rew beforehand as to whether Keynan is worth risking on the 5.00 average.
  17. Big call to make on Rew I think. 5.00 assessed average and you're only getting 3/4 point returns out of him, Craig Cook is available on a lower average.
  18. Never seen so many R's and EF's in one meeting. What's going on with both teams at Leicester?
  19. Evens for the night, I'll take that as it could've been worse. Some funny results tonight, Leicester in a slog fest, Ipswich never in it at Home and KK with a 15 point max.
  20. From 0 to hero. Best and worst of KK shown within 3 meetings lol.
  21. KK doing KK things. Such an enigma, Could go from 0 to 15 in the space of 1 meeting lol.
