  1. Sheffield have struggled around Leicester as of late. Leicester to qualify for the final in comfortable fashion.
  2. Glad Leicester silenced the Sheffield lot. They've earned their spot in the final.
  3. That's why Kemp doesn't have what it takes to really make it in the Sport. His head went as soon as Flint passed him to a point where he literally gave up and made Etheridge's job easy.
  4. Love British Speedway, Have defended it alot in the past but tonight is nothing but a circus. The Referee is embarrassing the sport on live Television by getting the basics of Speedway wrong.
  5. This place is one of the reasons as to why British Speedway doesn't attract new fans. Gate and go tripe and the Heat winners are normally always in a different postcode to the other three riders in the race. If us die hard fans get bored of this place within 10 Minutes then imagine what first time attendees and viewers would think of the sport in general.
  6. Fair play to anyone who pays money to watch a meeting at this place on a regular basis.
  7. Heat 2 is proof of how terrible the Sheffield circuit is for racing. Anders Rowe smoked everyone in Heat 1 and looked very fast. He didn't trap in Heat 2 and he couldn't even get round Etheridge to put any kind of pressure on Kemp.
  8. Easy decision to exclude Flint imo, Fricke was infront going into the corner.
  9. Jack touching the tapes which is something I've not seen him do in a long time, Is it written in the stars for the Lions?
  10. Was never going to work from Day 1 and anyone in power who approved the decision to allow Oxford to run in all three leagues should be sacked. They put the entire clubs future at risk by allowing it to happen.
  11. I agree, I also think the chances of Doyle taking part in the SoN are minimal imo. Surely the backbone of the team has got to be Kurtz, J. Holder and Fricke? The top 3 Australian's in the GP standings.
  12. Good question. I don't know but it may depend on whether Sheffield make the final or not.
  13. Imo Vaculik will certainly get a WC due to the Prague GP as well as Martin only having one bad year, Apart from this season, He's actually been a decent addition to the GP series with multiple GP victories.
  14. All 3 were crap but 2 of them were always going to be crap in those conditions which is the point I'm trying to make here. Pre-Meeting expectations set for Emil and Bewley were based on rider repuation, They were never going to do anything of note in those conditions GP / Ekstraliga Play-Offs or Not. If you didn't gate you was getting filled in by bend two and both of them rarely make good gates, More often than not both riders win the majority of their races by passing riders.
  15. Zmarzlik would've had another ride on the night if the meeting wasn't abandoned. Could've ended up with 11 paid 12 from 5.
  16. Doyle 18/1 to win in Vojens is a cracking bet. Track was a gaters paradise tonight for SGP 2 and the weather forecast isn't good for tomorrow. Kurtz and Zmarzlik may be obsessed with each other to a point where neither of them win the GP imo.
  17. I'm basing it off facts. Any knowledgeable Speedway fans knows full well that Bewley and Sayfutdinov are poor gaters.
  18. Emil has never been a good gater so he was never going to go well in those conditions, Bewley likewise hence why I'm backing Dan up. Kurtz is a known gater who just couldn't be asked to try, That's the difference between the three.
  19. What's wrong with paid 9 from 4 rides? Whole lot of difference from shutting the throttle off and not attempting to mix it.
  20. Easy night's work in the end, Track presented BV with an opportunity but Kurtz's attitude problems put an end to any hope BV had. How any BV fan can stick up for him is beyond me, He may as well have not turnt up and BV could've booked someone like Richard Lawson to guest who would've given it 100%. Emil and Bewley struggled but it wasn't due to upcoming meetings imo, Both riders are known to be poor gaters so they were always going to struggle in those conditions. Dan Thompson who is a known gater, Flourished in those conditions and was rider of the night imo. BV's best rider was Norick Blodorn who put up a really good showing tonight, Z. Cook also deserves a worthy mention.
  21. Zmarzlik should win it tbh, Experience of being in that high pressure situation should count for something.
