That would be the 1-7 I'd go for as well if it's a 40.00 Limit. Very good side.

If I was a promoter then I'd be throwing money at Musielak, I'd really like to see him at Foxhall next season but I suspect that Sheffield will want Tobi back. Only reason why Tobi's average is that low is because he found himself at No.1 riding for a club with no morale whatsoever and a Home track that had inconsistent preparation 24/7. Easily a full point worth of improvement in his GSA.....Possibly more if it's a weakend league.

Strongest Lions 1-7 that I can build, Really struggling to build a solid side around Max Fricke due to his very high GSA. Going down the King's Lynn route with Team Building. 1. R. Douglas 8.12 2. N. Morris 5.89 / D. Thompson 5.87 3. L. Becker 6.88 4. R. Lawson 6.82 5. S. Masters 7.28 6. K. Howarth 5.00 7. L. Killeen (RS) = 39.99 / 39.97

Think a lot of overreaction has taken place after the Emil news in regards to the strength of British Speedway in 2026. Last night's news was just confirmation of what most of us expected imo.
-
A lot of difference between Peter's Ex-Spires and the Ipswich Witches.
-
What's wrong with it?

Locking this in. 1. D. Bewley 8.64 2. K. Rew 6.19 3. T. Brennan 7.05 4. D. King 6.50 5. J. Doyle 7.86 6. J. Jenkins 3.46 7. J. Edwards (RS) = 39.70

Massive thanks go out to Emil Sayfutdinov for 3 loyal years of service to British Speedway and the Ipswich Witches. Never took the pish out of our League and he always turned up and gave it 100%, Off the track Emil spent a lot of time with fans posing for selfie's, signing autographs and having a chat and he always done it with a smile on his face. Emil wen't out on the highest of highs by helping Ipswich finally lift the trophy they've always waited for. I wish Emil all the best for the rest of his career and hopefully one day we'll see him back where he belongs and that's in the GP's again.

Makes a lot of sense. I still think Bewley is going to replace Emil though, Just think something was in the air before the season had finished with all of the compliments and stuff.
-
Big loss to British Speedway and Ipswich. Dan Bewley incoming???????
-
Belle Vue imo.

What will 2026 UK speedway bring?
TTT replied to Lionsman66's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
They'll collapse before us especially with the Polish rule coming into play in 2027. Like you said, They don't have any real homegrown talent coming through the ranks either. I personally struggle to see a Swedish Speedway future after Fast Freddie tbh. -
Also got done for doping.
-
More like the Entire World focuses on.
-
Agree, Can see why the want to do it though. Pole's are pretty much useless at every other Sport going, They cling on to an ageing Robert Lewandowski like Bonnie Blue clings onto Men 24/7.

TTT replied to Lionsman66's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
GP Boys wouldn't be going anywhere as none of them ride in both the PREMIERSHIP and Sweden. I think Doyle rode in Denmark this year but he lives in the UK so everything is fine on that front as well. The Polish rules stuffs up the Swedish League really, It would've stuffed up British Speedway but the Aussie's don't really have a choice and they have to ride in the PREMIERSHIP unless they want to emigrate which is highly unlikely considering they've got young families who are settled in the UK. Danish riders have to ride in Denmark due to Sponsorship and stuff but the only Dane's that ride in the PREMIERSHIP are.....Jeppesen, Iversen, Klindt & Kildemand. 2 of those don't even get a look in when it comes to Poland and Klindt only gets signed after the season has started if a club has an injury crisis So effictively out of Aussie's, Dane's and Swede's we're losing Iversen and Palovaara only.....Possibly Polish based Tungate if he opts for Sweden. -

Polish rule in 2027 doesn't bother us, King's Lynn will lose a couple of Dane's and that's it. If Aussie's want to live over here then they have to take part in our Speedway League so that makes the decision for them. The problem British Speedway is facing is from within, Not from Poland. -

The CHAMPIONSHIP only exists because PREMIERSHIP clubs ensure that it exists by stumping up the cash every year to ensure that British Speedway has a two tier structure. No PREMIERSHIP = No CHAMPIONSHIP. No PREMIERSHIP = No Top Riders. No Top Riders = Asset stripping of historic PREMIERSHIP clubs like Belle Vue Asset stripping of historic PREMIERSHIP clubs = No Interest in the Sport outside of a dwindling bubble. No Interest in the Sport outside of a dwindling bubble = Death of British Speedway.
