I thought it was going to be a lot closer tbh. Rob may have to think about replacing Kvech in a double change because he's very limited on who he can replace Paco with considering his GSA is so low imo. Granted the King's Lynn faithful are fans of Kvech, But at the end of the day, It's a Team game and it's clear that King's Lynn aren't going anywhere with the current 1-7. Back-to-Back 50-40 defeats at Foxhall and using a Tactical Ride on both occasions.

That's what I was saying too but when I thought about it, All it acheives is putting more pressure on Tom's shoulders @ No.1. With King riding the way he is, It takes the pressure of Brennan somewhat knowing that the No.2 is scoring 8/9 a meeting. Nicholls for me is now a carbon copy of Hans Andersen's last season with Peterborough and in the end he got replaced with a heavy heart, If Mayfield are serious about retaining the League then I don't think Nicholls will last much longer tbh. Be a shame to see it end on a sour note however it has to be taken into consideration that Scotty isn't likely to score a point around Belle Vue or Sheffield so if the struggles continue at Home on a track that he should be scoring well on, Then a replacement is inevitable imo.
-
Stars wait a few years for a proper No.1 only for him to have his worst season in a while lol. Ipswich 2 passengers but won with a bit to spare again, Witches really are 1 team change away from potentially retaining the PREM title imo. The Brennan, Musielak, Lawson & King core with Edwards as the Rising Star is strong enough to compete for silverware when you look at the amount of points they put up as a unit.
-
Musielak's in form, Paid Max in Poland yesterday as well, Think he's good for Double Figures tbh. 47-43 either way for me.
-
Brennan should be doing what Lidsey is doing @ No.1 imo. Today's meeting is a real opportunity for the Stars, The track won't be the same imo and Ipswich have a misfiring No.1 and a No.6 who's started the season in dreadful form. Come on Tom, Time to step up and revert back to the 2025 form. Still can't believe Mayfield didn't sign Jeppesen and instead have opted to use Guests whilst Hellstrom-Bangs is banned, If Jenkins scores 5 then he's scored the same amount of points as Hellstrom-Bangs would've got imo.
-
I agree, Tom is struggling at No.1 so far and I think that's why Paul Hurry has put Danny King @ No.2 to ease the pressure a little bit. Getting away with it at the moment due to Musielak reverting back to his Sheffield form, Defo need Tom to come to the party soon though.

German GP Landshut Saturday 2nd May

Well done Kacper, Best performing Polish rider on the night by a mile. (Poole experience came in handy) Zmarzlik struggled all night and still made the podium, Just what he does half of the time and that's why he's a true Champion. -

Missing out on the Final has put Brady on the backfoot from the get go in this years GP series. -

Zmarzlik's a different animal, He's a Superstar who even struggles through a GP and still makes podiums. Riders like Kubera and Madsen are made to look good on Polish carpet rugs, Put them on a rough track like tonight and they get exposed every time. -

Zmarzlik hasn't ridden well tonight but he's a Champion so I wouldn't be surprised if he made a start in the Final for a tapes to flag win. Hope Bewley wins though #BackTheBrits. -

Hardly a coincidence that Bewley's handling the track the best, British Speedway experience helps massively when it comes to GP's on tracks like tonight. Riders like Kubera and Madsen won't be doing much in their career's unless they ride in Britain because they can't handle any kind of challenge on a track that isn't a Polish carpet rug. -

An Aussie will win the GP series this year imo. -
Positives -> The real Musielak is back and King has been in red hot form scoring 9 Points in every meeting for Ipswich. Negatives -> Jenkins hasn't started the season well and I think King's Lynn's tail end will be much better this time around. Think this will be a close one that will be decided by how Brennan goes on the night.

Sheffield have got a huge problem with Etheridge. He's riding like an out of depth Rising Star. -

Paco suffering from King's Lynn fever. Something about the Stars that makes riders want to stay away after signing for them. -
Surely next seaon the Top 4 aim has to be Doyle, Brennan, Musielak and King?

Howarth has always been a tough but fair rider, Got the better of Picko in the heat of battle where it resulted in a 5-1 and then Picko saw red tbh. It's good to have a bit of needle, It shows that riders care. -
Thomson's been in good form for Edinburgh for the best part of a year now.

The Sheffield Musielak turned up tonight and it's a good job that he did otherwise Ipswich would've lost. Said Ipswich should've signed Lidsey this winter, Can't judge his scores against Doyley and Emil around Foxhall.
