Anyone find it frustrating that the Club didn't announce the other 4 signed riders? Announcing the full 1-7 in one go doesn't make any sense because Edwards has already been confirmed.

That's what I'm sensing as well tbh. I was confident in regards to the Team but after last night's statement about only 5 Riders being signed has me doubting the strength of the Team tbh.

You're probably right tbh. As long as British Speedway doesn't have a TV deal then I fully expect Nicholls to be in the side as every Team will have to have a Rider on a low 5 ish GSA or high 4's.

It's very poor for the fans not to get a statement earlier in regards to the lease for the stadium being the hold up. Should have had clarity on that a lot earlier.

Basically Mayfield will be confirmed as new owners within the next two weeks, Get the last 2 Riders signed in that period and in the takeover statement we'll also get the Team reveal. Late February and it's all done and dusted.

I'll go with Woffy @ No.1. Nobody knows who is @ No.1 for sure because only 5 Riders have been signed.

Could Mayfield be involved in Northampton as well? Waiting to release a statement in regards to both Clubs hence why this joke of a winter has dragged on and on?

I don't blame any fan who decides to walk away after this fiasco tbh. I've tried to remain as positive as I could on the topic this winter but I can fully understand where the majority of fans are coming from.

Think I was the first person to mention Scott Nicholls this winter. I think it would be a shrewd signing @ No.2. If Scott is in then I assume we've got a No.1 too.

So do I tbh unless Tai Woffinden is @ No.1. Hence why I'm throwing out different Riders left from last season on 6.00-6.99 GSA's as 3 of them will likely be in the side if Brennan is @ No.1.

I agree, That's what you normally get with the vast majority of riders who are hovering around the 6.50 GSA mark.

Somebody who hasn't had a mention is Matej Zagar 6.46 If it's a strength in depth 1-7 then what's everyone's view on Matej?
