  1. They know deep down, Proof's in the pudding. KL fans want a return to the Championship because even they're fed up of seeing patched up 1-7's being put on track at Premiership level every week which has gotten a lot worse over the last two years, Injuries can on be blamed for a part of it but that's got nothing to do with the Pickering and Musielak dramas over the last two seasons. Points deduction speaks for itself when it comes to running Home meetings so that's not even debateable. I've seen various clubs try and force meetings through on BSN this year with forecasts that weren't great (Brum vs. Oxford as well as Oxford vs. Ipswich) therefore no excuse is acceptable for someone who simply won't even give the weather forecast a chance to change before calling meetings off (Buster)
  2. Yes, Breaking IainB's post down here....I don't see how anyone can say he's wrong in what he has said. 1. They can't assemble a team (This is true because riders walk out of KL every season for various reasons, Recent examples Pickering, Jakobsen, Musielak, Tarasenko) 2. Effecting every other team in the league with their shenanigans (This is also true, Hence the reason why they've been deducted points whilst other clubs like Ipswich and Sheffield have gone vocal on social media with digs at the way KL operate. Literally no other club buys into the excuses and they want to get these meetings on as they've all got different targets that they want to reach) 3. They're bringing the whole sports down in this country (This is also true as well, The riders know this as well hence why barely anyone wanted to ride for Buster's Panthers last year as well as Tobi walking out this year, Various dodgy call offs whether it's due to KL not being able to put together a competitive team or a broken pit gate excuse as well as a straight up refusal to run meetings with a forecast that isn't perfect is all bringing the sport down, The weather forecast is very rarely going to play ball because it's British weather after all therefore Buster has to get these meetings on now)
  3. iainb is right. Everything he stated in the post that you quoted is a fact.
  4. Not trolling, I'm looking for an honest response here. Will King's Lynn last the season? It's clear as day that Buster doesn't want to take any financial risks by getting meetings on with weather forecasts that aren't 100% in his favour. British weather very rarely plays ball (Just look at the SoN's last week) so more often than not the forecast isn't going to make for good reading. So many rearranged fixtures to get through and if the forecasts don't improve then when is he going to get all of these meetings on?
  5. KL are never going to complete all of the rearranged fixtures before the cut off date. You'll have to run meetings with a threat of rain at some stage because this is British weather after all.
  6. And that is why you don't pick Kurtz over Fricke. Lemon played favourites and it bit him on the a**e in the end, Gave Kurtz everything he wanted only for him to make a stinker of a gate.
  7. Had to go for it considering you had bet on AUS originally like me. I went in straight after AUS hit a 5-4 vs. GB as I couldn't see them running a potential last place until Heat 21 which they ended up putting Poland to the sword lol.
  8. So unpredictable which makes for good viewing.
  9. Not going to lie it's always good to see the Polski's choke.
  10. Bewley made a poor start again but a gap opened up. Bewley needs to start trapping if we're going to win this.
  11. Kubera and Bewley are hurting Poland and GB. Australia and Germany looking the best so far.
  12. No point in putting Brennan in because his form has fell off a cliff in recent weeks. Dan's not been gating all year but he gets away with it in the Premiership due to weak opposition.
  13. I've given myself the Double Chance now but I agree about the Odds against Nations starting off well, Germany are looking dangerous so far.
  14. If you want to back AUS now is the time to do it @Shockster because they don't face Poland until Heat 21. Get a Double chance of AUS & POL then.
  15. Can easily get a bet on Aus In-Play if things start to go South, Bookies will overreact to anything GB related. That's my plan anyway.
  16. Only concern is Kurtz isn't proven at this level where's Fricke has already won the Gold with Holder and he also has lots of GP experience behind him. Kurtz has Home track knowledge but it's a different ball game riding against Elite GP riders in every race compared to British racing.
  17. If Australia still win then I'll have to take it on the chin but I'm not risking it as all it takes is for one bad crash to happen and it could be curtains for them. So I'll happily put my stake on Poland's 3 man team @ 7/2 with William Hill.
  18. No Max Fricke for Australia now so I've cashed out. Instead I've put my stake on Poland as it represents better value than GB. EDIT Have now backed Australia In-Play as well after Heat 2 @ 11/5 after the pundits got confused over Fricke.
  19. Backing Poland now and cashing out on Australia.
  20. Predictions for tonight anyone? Australia for me.
  21. AUSTRALIA are a great bet to win tonight' SoN Final imo. (3 Rock Solid Team members who all know the NSS very well and I just don't see Australia running last places on the night) GREAT BRITAIN (Brennan's form has dropped off a cliff so it's down to Bewley and Lambert only, Lambo was shambolic in the British Final and he's known for bottling the starts in crucial Heats like he does at the GP's, Bewley's not been gating all year but he's been passing riders around BV but tonight he's up against much tougher opposition, For those reasons I'm happy to take Team GB on tonight even though I want us to win) POLAND (How fit is Zmarzlik? For him to fly Home to get treatment suggests it's a bigger deal than it's being made out to be, Dudek hasn't had any competitive laps around the NSS in this years SoN and he's only been brought in after Janowski was dropped, With these negatives I'm happy to swerve Poland) DENMARK (Too flaky for me to a point where I could easily see them getting 7-2'd on a couple of occasions against the better sides) SWEDEN, GERMANY & LATVIA (Nowhere near good enough to be in contention for the win)
  22. Huge pressure on Rew to continue his good run of form now. Crucial that the Witches finish top in order to avoid a trip to the NSS in the SF's. BV poor around Foxhall but Monday might just be the turning point for them if Rew doesn't put up a dozen+
