Rob Lyon's interview starts at 2hrs 35mins and 30 seconds on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. Worth a listen.

Not calling for the club to close just because we're losing, I'm saying we may as well shut the place down if Buster isn't willing to put some effort in. Buster simply refuses to sign a replacement by putting obstacles in the way whether it's financial, personal grudges etc. Buster isn't a team player and he doesn't put the club first because he's not listening to his work colleagues when it comes to the team and they're now getting fed up with him. Buster isn't showing any respect to the fans who've supported the club way before he stepped foot in the place. List never ends.

At least you've won a meeting this season lol.
-
This team is just as competitive as KL, Leicester and Wolves and it would resolve all of our current team issues. 1. Matej Zagar 2. Craig Cook 3. Rohan Tungate 4. Ben Basso 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 6. Ben Cook 7. Jordan Jenkins (RS)

Flip flop between the two as it stands. I've got no interest in giving Buster another penny of my money but I'll gladly turn up every week if Tomalin owned the club.
-
The mauling is going to be even worse on Thursday and that's where I think that Rob Lyon will resign tbh. I really can't see him wasting anymore of his time and energy if the team issues aren't going to be resolved by the end of this week.
-
Agree, Saw some Panthers fans actually make the journey to the NSS tonight and put up a Panthers flag on the BSN stream. I was like.....Why on earth would anyone make that journey just to see a mauling.
-
Fans haven't done anything to deserve this, Especially the O.A.P fans who have stuck by the club for 40-50 years.
-
Myself and @Flappy are really trying to force change by being as vocal as we possibly can at this stage but we need a whole lot more fans to come on board tbh. It's and uphill battle to save the club but it's better to go down trying rather than staying silent and watch ingeverything get taken away imo. It's beyond dreadful and I think a big rift is brewing on the management side of things and it's going to fall apart just like our team, Could possibly see Tomalin walking with Rob Lyon if this continues imo.
-
Feel for Nicolai Klindt tbh because the guy is being thrown in at the deep end by being asked to ride as a No.1 when he's a No.3 on a good day at best. Jakobsen is really disappointing so far for someone who rides in the Ekstraliga, MPT seems to have gone backwards since winning the league in 2021.
-
Watching the BSN stream tonight on my season pass and I've got to say that Rob Lyon looks deflated and who can blame him. I wouldn't be shocked to hear him step down in the near future because he really looked like a guy who's on the verge of quitting.

Such a shame that I spent the entire evening cheering on BV just to get my -12.0 bet in..........That's how much I've actually given up on my club now. Everything is wrong to a point where I've also waved my white flag too. I'd actually place money on Hans Andersen to retire after the 2023 season, I just can't see anyone else signing him because he's nowhere near competitive on a big track anymore, Dreadful performance. I normally give Ben Basso a free pass but I won't be a hypocrite because I've given criticism to other riders like Worrall so tonight's the night where Ben has to take some flack, He was atrocious tonight, Not even competitive and he spent the entire evening racing against his own team mate. NKI is a third HL and not a No.5, As highlighted by another member, NKI is a 7 point rider these days so he's riding out of position and we're losing out big time when other teams have a stronger No.5 who put up 10+ a meeting almost every week. Fair play to Ben Cook for another good showing on the road, Perhaps he just doesn't like the Peterborough circuit because his performances on the road are much better. JJ done his job by getting the better of Jake Mulford and you can't ask for anything more than that when it comes to a Rising Star. Lucky to lose by the 22 points and we may as well shut the club down now tbh because it's actually pointless in continuing just to get smacked by 20+ every week.
-
Never mind BB, You still got both of your bets in on the night to make a good profit and that's what it's all about. Onto Thursday and hopefully Sheffield are -12.0 too vs. Peterborough lol.
-
bet365 had a mare this evening, I think the late team changes probably left them in a pickle tbh. Big profitable night for all of us on this thread and some good prices too.
-
Did you back it? Good call if you did. I pilled all of my KK and Sheffield stake money onto the BV -12.0 in the end too......Was just too much of a gift to turn down imo. Well done to all who had winners.
-
Not going to back these two now even though I think they'll both come in. Focusing on the BV meeting instead (Mainly on the -12.0 handicap like everyone else) Good luck all.
-
Can only be that imo when piecing things together, KL, Leic, Sheff & Wolves all riding on the night so the only guests that would've been available would be Ipswich ones. Doyle's GSA is too high Emil too expensive and wouldn't do it Riss is ill King, Rew and Hume clearly weren't in the frame otherwise one of them would've been booked from the get go rather than booking Harris today at the eleventh hour after Wolves got postponed.
-
We was being fed lies, Only logical plan was this. 1. Keep the Worrall situation under wraps until everyone has handed over their money on the gate at BV. 2. Then announce a late team change which would've seen a NL rider at No.1 with R/R for Richie.
-
It's good that we're provided with this evidence thought because all it does is prove how right we are. Hardly a coincidence that all of the drama's involve Busters hand picked riders (Nicki & Worrall)
-
KING'S LYNN vs. SHEFFIELD (Tie is already over) SHEFFIELD to win @ 8/11 (Shouldn't be losing to a weakened King's Lynn team that see's Simon Lambert guesting for Josh Pickering) KRZYSZTOF KASPRZAK UNDER 11 @ 3/4 (The marking is purely based off KK's performance at Home to Wolves but as you know, KK is an enigma who only scores points when he feels like scoring points, Some nights he just cba and if the slightest thing goes wrong then his head normally drops so I'm happy to play the Unders on KK tonight)
-
BELLE VUE vs. PETERBOROUGH. Bet 1 is BELLE VUE -12.0 @ 8/11 (Peterborough lost at Home to Belle Vue by 20 so the handicap doesn't make any sense to me) Bet 2 is CHARLES WRIGHT -1 vs. Hans Andersen @ 8/11 (Charles is in form this season while Hans Andersen is awful around the NSS so this has to be backed imo.) Bet 3 is BEN BASSO OVER 7 @ 11/10 (Ben didn't ride the NSS well last year but he's getting 5 rides for sure and maybe even 6 rides so 8 points is achievable imo when he can put up half of those points just by beating his team mates) Bet 4 is CHARLES WRIGHT OVER 8 @ 29/20 (Paid 10 in his last 3 meetings for BV, With a GP taking place at the weekend and assuming BV cruise to victory then I'm not entirely sure if Bewley will go in Ht 15 tonight so I could see Charles taking 5 rides tonight)
-
If I was desperate for a HL then I'd just pay the money purely due to the fact that I wouldn't have a plan B HL on the table. Nobody because tonight was a guaranteed loss even with a full 1-7. Belle Vue and Sheffield are head and shoulders above everyone in this league when lining up with a full 1-7 imo.
-
Buster kept the Richie Worrall situation under wraps well, Another situation that wouldn't have occurred if we just signed Rohan Tungate. Tonight's planned line-up before the off probably saw Jack Smith or some other NL rider at No.1 considering we wouldn't be able to run R/R at No.1 and No.4.
-
So we would've had a 5 man team tonight if Wolves vs. Leicester didn't get postponed due to the Richie Worrall situation. At least we've got a rider who can win races at No.1 tonight.
