I don't think R/R weakens Leicester at home, as the reserves have been going really well there... I think the Lions should have enough to get the win by 8-10 points

Unless Mayfield have an ace up their sleeve, I am guessing that Ipswich will continue with Lawson. Hopefully they can find a way to get the best out of him for the cup final... Any news on King's return from injury?

Is there any chance Doyle can be hooked back into the fold when his 28 day deal at BV expires? Agree with Shano about Nicholls... I think it was well worth a try, but it hasn't had the desired results. Lawson and Nicholls out, JD and Jeppesen in perhaps. That would give fans a huge boost!

I agree... looks fairly decent and should be solid at home. Personally I would like to see King step aside as skipper - having lifted the big one last season - and perhaps give Brennan the extra responsibility, he could thrive on it.

It's probably not this, but perhaps wishful thinking on my part... Wouldn't it be great if the continued delay is down to the new owners bringing in a big name at number 1 and having to jump through some hurdles (visa, etc) to make it happen before they can announce it... I'll now head of back to cuckoo land....

Also, Doyle's average is wrong... Its on the British speedway website as 7.91, but they have somehow missed a meeting as he should be 7.59. Makes little difference of course if it is a significantly lower limit for team building.

Am I right in thinking the cut-off for averages is 23rd of each month? If so, looks like Ellis and Dan T swap, so the latter is back at reserve for the Play off final
