  1. Was really impressed with Jenkins last year and thought he would crank it up a gear but seems to be struggling this year so far.
  2. He is one of the unluckiest riders in speedway! Injury wise and also seems to be a victim of the points/average game at times. I remember seeing his crash at the Peterborough fours-didn't think I'd see him ride again. Glad it's not too serious hope to see him back soon. He's made of the strong stuff!
  3. Was thoroughly impressed with the Wroclaw experience last year. Great city, good link to the stadium and great track. Going to Riga this year will take your word for it!
  4. If I remember correctly the "premium seat" tickets were similar price but there were other cheaper options available. Also the race offs/earlier rounds in the world cup were a lot cheaper than the early rounds in the SON. Buying a 4 round package is best value for this but not everyone will want to go to all 4. To me it is a bit expensive compared to other speedway events I will be attending by the time you've factored all other costs in. Belle Vue is usually more pricey than other stadiums anyway but is this value for money? I guess that's down to the individual.
  5. Certainly noticed the poles myself. Great to see. Although I do remember Janowski getting a similar following last time he was in the UK both home and away!
  6. Woffy looked good. He also got on the mic at the end and said how good it is to have Oxford back and what a good job everyone has done (I think the centre green presenter was a bit reluctant to see what he'd say ).
  7. Afterwards Kerr said he was still feeling the effects from his fall and also Schroeck said he could have made a couple of programme changes but wanted to give all the riders laptime.
  8. Extra heats than a league meeting and usually good value with the 6 rider final! Cheaper than attending in person and BSN usually good coverage. Invite a friend and split it!
  9. https://www.lanueva.com/nota/2024-2-9-20-5-0-a-solas-con-nico-covatti-a-facu-albin-le-dije-quedate-bien-tranquilo-que-son-cosas-de-carrera Best wishes to Nico looked a nasty crash
  10. Thank you for the reply. Glad to see that this avenue is being explored.
  11. Have I missed the official Nicholls announcement? He's a confirmed Cheetah on the British Speedway website
  12. As I mentioned on the Phil Morris thread full praise to Phil, he did a great job today outlining the case for speedway still being worth fighting for.
  13. Good news from Doyle's Instagram that nothing is broken! Remarkable
  14. The honesty and not glossing over things is one of the refreshing things I like about BSN
  15. Thoroughly enjoyed tonight's meeting. I expected it to be closer and considering there were only 2 points in it at one stage it's a good margin for Oxford to take and compete for the bonus at Glasgow. Vissing R/R got 5 which is about right so you have to look at the reserves and Brennan although having said that he did have to work hard for the points he scored! On a more serious note hope whoever had the medical issue in the pits is ok!
