Good they are doing it but a bit late notice to get the most watchers, you'd think they'd have advertised this at least a few days in advance? -

Website's been pretty poor for a while, wouldn't be surprised if they copied in an older line up and didn't check it -

Glasgow has just put an update on social media saying MPT in for Villads. Maybe they had MPT on standby to see how Villads was but they obviously had an inkling that he'd be missing. -

Jeppesen a good guest but huge loss for Poole, no one would be able to equal Richard's scoring potential -
Glasgow v Redcar BSN semi final first leg 19/9/25@7:30pm

Was great to see passionate away fans making some noise on the back straight, Redcar did what they needed to do, all their riders chipped in, special shout out to Ace he has been on some form recently and showed his improvement in that excellent heat 14, can't imagine him doing that last year. Dan seemed low on power all night and Harris and Villads needed a few heats to get their equipment sorted (Villads seemed to find a rocketship between heat 6 and 8) which gave the Bears the advantage which was hard to claw back with the class of Wright and King. Hopefully this is a bit of a kick up the backside for the tigers and they can show why they finished top of the league in all the return legs. -

Not intentionally I don't think, looked very disgruntled coming off from his races and even did a few laps after heat 15 and came off shaking his head. One to forget for him. -

There is a noticeable drop in crowd levels whenever BSN are in town no matter how far travelled the opposition are. Might just be us Glaswegians are tighter than anyone else or we just have more competition in the offered sports in the area I don't know but I can see why they decided to drop their streaming. The promotion is trying to get a lot of new fans interested in speedway and in my opinion, a big crowd is just as important in retaining them as good racing is. Half of sport is the atmosphere and if a new fan showed up to an empty back straight would they really stick around long? -
Workington Comets v Glasgow Tigers 23/08/2025 3pm.

I've definetly seen the Workington track better but I've also seen this Glasgow team much better, both together will give a bit of a poorer meeting than expected (though I'm sure the Comets fans are enjoying it much more). There have been some good races, heat 12 there was excellent, I've seen much much worse meetings than this so I don't really understand the complaints. -

Don't think Harris ever choses gates for heat 1. -

Really happy to see Ace doing really well, good to see how he's bounced back after a dip in form last season. -

Definitely frustrating but we knew he'd be missing some meetings when we signed him, this was probably in his calendar before he signed for us. -

I wouldn't blame any young foreign rider who signed mid way through the season to miss national team meetings no matter how inconsequential they seem. There are a lot of very talented young Danes and Villads needs to ride in these meetings to show he is committed and fast so he'll be picked for the bigger meetings over his peers. -

8.81 champ average I think when the averages change on the 1st -
Masters, Knudsen, Hagon and Killeen (sometimes) can ride Ashfield well and McDiarmid should enjoy it. Should be a close match, Glasgow vs Oxford has always been a cracker on BSN.

Really thought Antti would have pushed on this year, did he not give up on Poland to focus on the UK or am I misremembering? Tate at least has the excuse of that awful accident he had, wouldn't be surprised if he's still feeling the effects and it might have set him back a year. -
Glasgow v Edinburgh KO cup second leg

Thought this would be much closer but Edinburgh missing the Swedes and Justin having a horrible night made it easy, don't think the same will be true in future visits as on paper Edinburgh have a strong team around Ashfield. Villads again phenominal, he is great at riding with Harris constantly looking for him and knowing what he's going to be doing, incredible for an 18 year old. Will be interesting to see how he scores at Edinburgh next week as that will really test him. -

Looks like Tate Zischke is in for Howarth now, hope Kyle is doing okay. -

I think 7 days is too harsh especially for a first offence, maybe a 1 match ban or 3 day ban and then increase for each illness in the season just to stop any abuse. I think earlier in the season Howarth rode unwell to avoid the ban and if I remember right did end up injured.
