Agree with you, I always worry when other meetings are before ours due to injuries so I would deffo get it done before any chance of injury for Doyle Kurtz and Bewley at the weekend. I’d rather beat or even lose against a team full strength than not, otherwise it doesn’t feel the same when it not full 1-7 vs 1-7.

It's such a long haul to get from Ipswich to Manchester and then add the fact, and more importantly, its on a Monday night... most people would be put off, I would have probably booked annual leave and travelled up if it was the final but all my eggs are in the basket of travelling to Leicester for the final away (fingers crossed). I wouldn't expect too many Aces fans on Thursday at Foxhall be i would love to see a lot! A full stadium makes it feel more of an event, i think everyone can agree on that.

To be fair, after the shambles that was heat 8. Brennans win and Doyle stepping up did amazingly well, it surprised me, I thought we may crumble but glad to see they stayed at it and pushed harder. Worst case 8 point difference is a great result especially after heat 8 and our riding. We pushed on in the second half unlike Mark thought his team would. Well done lads.

Yeah this is right just checked but anyone can in 14: Each team may nominate any two riders for Heat 14, except those participating in Heat 15. The two highest scoring riders from each team (reserves excepted) may only ride in Heat 15. The scores from all rides are counted but bonus points are not included. A rider in this heat may only be replaced by a reserve except when declared injured by the track medical officer

It’s the managers decision who rides in heat 14 and 15. Sometimes you’ll see Lublin put in a weaker junior paired with Zmarzlik to gain experience in that heat.
