Can we just take a minute to actually realise it will be around the end of June before any witches fan sees a different team at Foxhall when you realise only Northampton and Kings Lynn have raced here this season. And shock, the next meeting is Kings Lynn. It’s really not that exciting for any Ipswich fans to keep watching the same riders race round.

Wroclaw have already spoken in Poland that the return date will be scheduled (if all goes well) for August. He will be back for Aces I’m sure of it. It wouldn’t really surprise me with speedway if Bewley comes back for play off season and Doyle signs for Ipswich with Lawson or Scotty leaving the team and Brennan dropping to a number 3 or 4. A lot of meeting which are being postponed are now being rescheduled for September. Part of me thinks a lot of changes in teams may happen to make them stronger and bring a lot more eyes to the play off season as the regular season isn’t really doing it for anyone.

Adam Ellis wants a return to British speedway this season!

At this point I’m almost done with British speedway. The whole season is actually embarrassing to say the least. When you are even willing to pay to watch a meeting and you still can’t just sums up the complete ineptitude of anyone who is running this sport. I tried to defend it the other day but this is just a S show at the moment. Thought I’d try and watch the youngster to see how they are getting on and you can’t even do that! Roll on Friday when the Ekstraliga is on.

I really hope Brady becomes champion this season, I like him, and Bewley. Belle Vue fans have two of the best talents in the world and should feel blessed to have them at NSS every other week 👏🏻 good meeting in the end after heat 8 it picked up. Enjoyable evening of speedway! I’ll be at Wroclaw so I’m excited to see what Kurtz brings!

Many Polish people like him because he is their flagship champion. But having said that, if you ask Polish people their comments are genuinely that when he was at Gorzow he was a humble champion, when he went to Lublin his character changed, he is a lot more self confident and now wants to show his superiority on and off the track. My partner knows him privately as she managed another Gorzow rider at the time he was there and also lived in Gorzow before she moved here, and even she has seen the change in his character, when she listens to interviews she is often shocked due to how he used to be.

Zmarzlik wasn’t happy with the NSS staff so I see! - "Everything's fine, thankfully I'm unharmed. I'm not one to judge track conditions; my opinion won't change anything anyway. There simply wasn't enough room for me. I got a good start and immediately accelerated from the line. However, I didn't manage to gain enough speed to overtake Max Fricke, who was heading straight for the fence from the A grid. That's the nature of this track. Whoever reaches the barrier first, goes ahead," said a disgruntled Bartosz Zmarzlik. His irritation wasn't primarily due to his fall in the final. The source of Zmarzlik's nerves was entirely different. The Pole had spent almost the entire day at the Manchester stadium. Just being there for so many hours can be exhausting. The irritation peaked when Zmarzlik was constantly approached by people who shouldn't be doing so. We've learned unofficially that even security asked our champion for photos and autographs when he should have been fully focused on the competition. This is outrageous behavior that doesn't happen at other stadiums. And while it may seem pleasant, speedway is a sport that requires complete concentration both during the competition and immediately before it begins. At such moments, any distractions are inadvisable.

I like Woryna and he brings something new to the series, always tries his best, sometimes he just pushes it too far, he is like the next level of Doyley 😂 On a serious note, and not to bring this up just for the sake of it, but that crash wasn’t too dissimilar to when he went into the back of young Krystian Rampałan and he died back in 2016. I hope he isn’t risking too much again for entertainment as we all want to see people fit and healthy at the end of the night! - Although I want to also add for Woryna that it was found that the young gentleman didn’t have his helmet correctly strapped and this was ultimately the cause of his death. I guess you can see many of these crashes throughout a season and nothing serious happens but it was just unfortunate!
