Same, hard to see any racing now in pitch black 😂 -

I saw that he didn’t ride in Poland recently too but Belle Vue on their website stated he isn’t riding due to being banned. Either way it is what it is I guess, and Brennan ironically now trying to knock out Leicester who he guested for last year and won the cup with, after riding for Ipswich and getting kocked out, confused? You will be 😂 -

I think if I was a newcomer and I was told he was banned because he was ill I would be more bemused that another Prem team let their number one guest instead. Imagine a footballer who felt ill and missed one match was then banned for the next 7 days and an opposition team loaned them their best player to cover. -
Ipswich vs Kings Lynn Thursday April 9th 7.30pm KOC

I’m just putting it out there, I feel (we) Ipswich will win this one, but people may be sleeping slightly on Cooper. The last meeting of the season at Foxhall he rode extremely well and made some good movements in positions for cut backs or going outside of riders. I expect him to get in and amongst it and cause PHB and Edwards some problems. -
Anyone to apologise on here for digging out Kurtz even when he DIDNT ride for Wroclaw today!?

Belle Vue v Sheffield KOC March 30th 7.30pm

Wasn’t dirty riding so don’t know who would have suggested that unless they just hate Holder, I don’t particularly like him but it was deffo just a racing incident, he came up the inside and the gap was there as blodorn slightly ran wide but then Norick cut but and the gap disappeared fast, they both collided but technically you could say holder was ahead of him at the time of the incident. I don’t think anyone was to blame really, if you blame holder for those types of passes then you’ll see no racing at all. -

Sour grapes and all that 😂 you barely get 6,000 when the Grand Prix comes into your city 😉 -

Yeah I saw that, but impressive for someone who is a lot older than Kurtz jack and Bewley (the top boys). Disappointed about the lack of racing though, thought this track was the best in the country 👀 -

C.Holder looks fast -
It’s a decent side, not title winners but solid. Let’s face it, we would all rather have them in the league than not so I’m glad they have a decent team. A lot of Ipswich fans have already said they will be there for the opening meeting so solid crowds is what a new club requires. More positivity than negativity, a nice stadium, good track and a good time out. Good luck Northampton 👊🏻

Sheffield to win both legs. Belle Vue are far too top heavy from what I see. They will rely on Bewley and Kurtz to max out every meeting to win. -
He indeed spoke very well, and was very professional, you can see that he is a level up from everyone else within the speedway community, very open about how people within speedway are only interested in what is good for themselves and not what’s right for the sport, I liked the change regarding FIM points system next year and his input into that! I was impressed with most of what he had to say, even touching on Grand Prix in GB vs in Europe and the amount of issues this country causes in terms of costs and putting on events.

When you realise it’s not even officially streamed from Stal it isn’t exactly that bad. It’s like watching British speedway streams only the British team streams are actually official. Over 7,000 for a memorial match, more than we got for the Ipswich final and that was the biggest crowd of a 2025 British speedway league!

Paul Hurry gave his first interview as Witches manager over the weekend. Speaking about the bond within the team and his experience within long track management and his connections to John and Chris Louis.

Henry chard has left the club today.

I’m sorry but how this has all been handled is a shambles. It’s far from a professional sport let’s be honest. Speedway in Britain needs some drastic changes and these promoters won’t do it alone.
-
Because when they retire and leave the sport people like Jordan are the new generation then people like you will probably say they aren’t good enough… so give them a chance in the here and now to become the future. Not look to the past. It’s not a weird thing to say. It’s a get out from the promotion to get the fans on side with a club legend, yet they said they are trying to build a sustainable sport.

Speedway star is clearly factual!!! I’ve got an email from Andrew Skeels on my phone apologies for miss information the paper has previously put out so don’t believe everything they say. Two sides to a story but I am willing to believe a Witches rider of a new promoter.

Apologies, he was in the plans SINCE December. He sounded gutted, is rather have a bit of loyalty and chose him over any news riders, especially to then come out and say they basically don’t care about this season and gave Scotty a sent off season. Do the right thing and put Jenkins in, speedway is failing in a lot of ways for me.
