  1. I’d guess Doyle would be aiming for Malilla GP as a realistic target, giving him about 4 or 5 rounds left to try and get a top 6 finish.
  2. This one might not have aged well! I don’t know anything about the crash so hopefully he isn’t too beaten up by it!
  3. That might be a bonus, they could postpone the meeting if it did pour!
  4. If I were a betting man I’d say tomorrow is Birmingham’s first win of the season !
  5. That’s fair and I respect that, this forum is for everyone’s opinion, I’d never say who is right or wrong, just put my opinion on here that’s all.
  6. https://youtube.com/shorts/mAq2sBstbzY?si=c6fhvNgSzWJxKacP
  7. He was on gate one and by the half way point of bend two was next to the air fence. He deffo drifted wide…even lambert had to cut back and ruin his race if it wasn’t re run.
  8. From the stadium in our section it looked like Doyle got the speed after gating and went to get over fricke but fricke drifted wide and Doyle took avoiding action. If he hasn’t had moved they would have both gone down. If Doyle got past then lambert was next to be a victim of how wide fricke was going. Don’t really know if it’s a blame game or just very unfortunate riding incident. Again, only my opinion!
  9. They announced a possible broken leg over the tannoy in the stadium in Polish so calm your horses.
  10. You’d be surprised how many Polish fans had programme and filling them in! I couldn’t believe… I thought I’d just enjoy the meeting and after each 4 heats check on the phone who’s leading!
  11. The reason why people love him, is the same reason he is involved in so many incidents… he gives all or nothing and only goes out to win, many riders say it, but many riders back out of 50/50s… he really is on the track to win and take all risks in doing so!
  12. I agree to an extent. Sitting in G21 Green (bend two upper) you could see how the first 8 heats were poor and only inside was working. The racing got better after heats 12 with the outside working more. I said to my partner who is polish that it’s only about Zmarzlik in Poland, if he rides well then everyone is happy, but dead crowd when someone else wins (unless Polish but still not as loud). They don’t even clap whoever else wins… I don’t mind Zmarzlik, but was happy Dudek was the best pole tonight! Deffo didn’t want Holder to win but such is life! The laser show / fireworks were the best I’ve seen for an indoor event haha if that counts for anything! Doyle will be done for the season I assume, unless he makes it back for play offs. He won’t get another wild card to SGP 2026 though. This could be him done for SGP. Częstochowa already stated they can’t replace Doyle due to him not being classified last season, so they will be arguing probably about money just like Grudziądz so not great for him even when he recovers. I’m so gutted for him! Ipswich won’t replace him, same as last year, who do you get? It’ll be RR and maybe guests (Scotty) at home. 2024 curse has started already people!
  13. He broke his leg apparently. But also there was blood everywhere so an open wound somewhere.
  14. Apparently broken leg as well, got a good angle from it and some people were sitting closer and speaking to them whilst walking back to the apartment they said there was blood everywhere.
  15. MJJ over Emil at Birmingham, Emil not quite fully on it yet. And potentially Zagar over Brennan if he has the same away meeting at Thursday. Rew might have a point to prove as well. It’ll be a close meeting. I couldn’t call it, although obviously I’m hoping witches win!
  16. Anyone see Emil social media post ! He had is bike on a stand in the middle of the PGE stadium track and put : My puppy on@pgenarodowy ahead of @speedwaygp ...
  17. As I had to watch Leicester and Lynn on TV instead of watching Ipswich, does anybody know why Emil retired in heat 15? Were we on for at least 3 points or was he last anyway?
  18. Neither, I posted on Ipswich forum earlier that he has been blocked from three engine tuner companies.
  19. Picko is Sheffield’s outstanding rider. He does perform very well at home! Excited to see the home meeting. Good to see some close riding and making riders work and figure out best lines! Congrats Sheffield!
  20. More info on Emil if believed correctly from Poland. Direct translation from news article below: The problem is the engines. Only in one match, in Rybnik, did Sayfutdinov score. Then, as a member of the KS Toruń supervisory board, Adam Krużyński, revealed to us, he was supposed to use the old engine of the Dutchman Bert van Essen. However, in the other matches there were problems. - For various reasons, Emil has closed doors to Ashley Holloway and Ryszard Kowalski's workshop. I've also heard something about Peter Johns, but I could be wrong. Nevertheless, this limits the room for maneuver.
  21. A part of me thinks it’s a clever move, if we win then it’s all credit to the riders and Richie for changing the numbers. If we lose it’s an excuse that we tried something but it didn’t work out and we’ve learnt from it.
