  1. It was a poor decision and he knows it, however it was a split second decision. Magic made a mistake and slowed up Emil coming out of the bend, Doyle carried a lot of speed running higher in the dirt line and soon as he straightened up you could see he had a lot of speed and with Emil moving over to give magic room, Doyle had to either get off the throttle completely (which could have been deemed the right decision) or cut back to the inside line to avoid hitting Emil on the straight. I think soon as Doyle came into the corner he thought magic and Emil had more speed and would drift out but they clamped down tight and Doyle just had to try and make the best of a bad judgement call. It was all made from the exit of the bend beforehand, people making out like he just completely dive bombed it which isn’t the case.
  2. Yeah that’s fair. Statistically though, Ipswich are the best team in Britain being top of the league. We tried a power house of Doyle and Emil before and it only got us so far, now we have a well round team so we are the best team… statistically.
  3. Ipswich should have enough to see this over the line, although Emil and Doyle will be in the shadow of Kurtz and Bewley as apparently by Mark Lemon "We now have the best spearhead in British speedway". Good luck with Bewley and Kurtz outscoring Emil and Doyle at Foxhall.
  4. Chris Louis does actually correct Tatum sometimes so he does help the situation, I think he sometimes feels embarrassed for Tatum and doesn’t want to constantly correct him.
  5. Emil must feel like he really carries this team sometimes ! Last year had to step up a lot and again tonight all eyes on him for a second. I think Emil is a Ipswich legend and I’m calling it now 😁👌🏻😂
  6. This is a very tough meeting and great racing at times! Glad to see a good, close meeting on TV for once. We normally moan it’s the other match that isn’t on TV which is better !
  7. Makes me a laugh that its a rain off with little rain, yet every Grand Prix that has a watered track or bad conditions is labelled by Tatum with... " this will suit the British riding boys as they are used to racing in these conditions in the UK"... evidently not in Norfolk !
  8. Ipswich rained all day and even up to the point of the racing start time so it’s a big difference. Don’t bring us into your excuses for rain offs 😂
  9. Very true, surely he must have invested heavily in equipment over the winter though knowing he is in the SGP?
  10. If Zmarzlik gets to the final in all three it isn’t enough theoretically if Kurtz wins all of them. 6 point deficit from 1st to 4th in each round. 1st - 20 2nd - 18 3rd - 16 4th - 14
  11. 9 points different isn’t there ? So would need Kurtz to win all three (60) and Zmarzlik to come second twice and fourth in each final(50). I wouldn’t say that’s unachievable.
  12. What we need is more people to step up and be ruthless on Zmarzlik, no body helping out Kurtz on the title race that’s for sure.
  13. Doyle good performance back… his objective is to get top 7.
  14. As long as Doyle beats levedevz then he is in the final no matter what else happens.
  15. Zmarzlik needs to win both to go through if Doyle wins his next.
  16. Bought a new engine and top tuners with all that money from 20 points I bet 😂
  17. It’s the track. You can’t get to it easy and expensive weekend when you need to add travel.
  18. I do wonder if Chris Louis ever thinks about giving some a go at Ipswich now and then, I’m slightly disappointed Ipswich doesn’t do anything for the next generation be it junior league level or hold meetings for them. I guess a lot of these juniors in SGP2 ride in Ekstraliga and mainly Exstraliga under 24 so they should be good enough to try the British tracks but probably due to money prefer to go to Sweden or Denmark for travel.
