  1. I did ask that question Please explain, I'm well confused
  2. Thanks Phil and Louise. Will certainly help me. About to go in 20 minutes so I've just printed it off, I'll check my A-Z on the train
  3. See http://www.officialjavine.com/ and http://www.tony-hadley.com/noflash/tony/tony.html Put the sound on.
  4. You should be very worried, given that there is no railway track on the Severn Bridge Better not let Kev or Gemini see that one.
  5. Well I think they have made good choices this year. Tony Hadley for the middle to older generation and Javine for the younger ones. Asked my daughter who Javine is and she knows who it is.
  6. I'll be going over it on the train, I think I'm getting a bit scared now
  7. Looks like being quite a nice day on Sat, 20 degrees with 20% chance of precip. Just nice for Pawprint, don't want her puffing and panting as much as Flash (my labrador) was the other day although he was chasing his female friend Corrie on that boiling day we had
  8. They do Shazz - but it only holds 70 cars. That's sad counting car parking spaces, Kev
  9. Dawn G Starting to think no one else was going to the meeting. What train are you getting from Cardiff? Maybe we should plan something.
  10. Hi Doc Pity you're not going, you could have shared the walk with me Did you enjoy your holiday down under? Sorry to hear about West Ham
  11. I measured the distance from Newport Station to Newport Speedwayon my A-Z Cardiff and Newport, measured about 2.75 miles. Trouble is I don't know if Corporation Rd, Spytty Road and Queensway Meadows have footpaths so it looks like its the taxi both ways.
  12. Wouldn't think it would be a sell out. She didn't phone ticketmaster, did she? They have stopped selling them but they weren't the main sellers, Way Ahead were. The number to phone for tickets on the SGP site is 08705 582 582. I think we've got some tickets for sale on this forum on the Grand Prix section. Or she could try ebay? Good luck to your friend.
  13. i would advise getting the train to queen street station, as the stadium is about 200yards from there, and its closer to the Prince Of Wales where a few forum members will be taking over....lol FT, you've just had me in a panick there. Cardiff Central is closer to the stadium. And I'm staying in Cardiff centre on the Friday and Saturday evening.
  14. Thanks SCB. I have a habit of getting lost, don't I Tigerblade Good idea about forumers getting together. Anyone else on here going by train?
  15. Work (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs) Fri: Newport? Got the train times from Cardiff Central to Newport but how far is the stadium from there. Is it too far to walk? Sat: GP after Sams Bar and Prince of Wales Sun: Back home ready to watch England getting a hammering by France
  16. The train is stopping at Cardiff Central Then I'll be staying at the Millennium Lodge.
  17. Yes, its the Spar Garda. Seems a few are fully booked for the 21st. Glad you're sorted out. Might see you there Woody
  18. £140 for three nights through http://uk.hotels.com/hotel-htdocs/uk/index.htm
  19. Club or Country? Pass, don't know, can I have an easier question please?
  20. I'm staying in one of the Spar hotels 300 metres away from the stadium
  21. Don't know about after the Final, last 3 years I've been ill after the GP (but not through drink). Glad I've got a couple of rest days of work after the GP.
