Ol' 2 posts clearly has an agenda Rodders so I'd ignore it. We know that the only known thing about Peterborough Speedway is that no bugger ever knows anything,

15+1 from reserve and have you actually looked at who he beat? I thought that he was happy with his new era? It's me who wants to return to the cherished EL. We'd then have to put up with stevebrum and steveO, but to lose our Ippo colleagues, jenga and your good self it's an acceptable trade off. -
He was on Panthers asset list, along with the rest, which disappeared along with the owner it would seem before forming Dorset Panthers. Whether they were a separate item when Frost took or just separated for the failed Horton lease we'll never know.

I'm just starting off. It should be a cracker. -
Great number 92 and takes us back to your previous post: IT doesn’t get any better than 1992. Panthers won the lot - the Division Two title, the KO Cup and the Four-Team Tournament at the Showground. A new promotion, headed by Peter Oakes and James Easter, swept into the Showground during the winter. They quickly assembled a new-look side, only Aussie ace Stephen Davies remaining from the misery of ‘91. He was appointed captain of a team featuring popular Mick Poole, Paul Whittaker, Mark Blackbird, Rob Colquhoun and Paul Hurry. An unknown 16 year-old by the name of Jason Crump filled a reserve berth. It did get better though in 1999

Should be a cracker. Oh hang on, I forgot, this is speedway's equivalent of a broken pencil. -
Something usually turns up but it appeared bloody close to not doing so last time.

As Dick said, it's all a bit pointless anyway until we know what mess the powers that be ratify at the AGM. Added to that, until Rathbone decides, if he hasn't already, then we could be PL, EL or the owners could knock on the head if they can't find a buyer or someone to rent the rented operation.

Please stop, one only has so many ribs y'know.
-
Not got a lot going for it then.
-
Maybe, but it's time and place and the way that you say it. It failed on all counts: “It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.”

idiot.

Berwick 2017 50th Year

What an horrendous prospect. It's enough to bring one to tears, -
I'm not even going to go there, and haven't in the past, even out of curiosity but thanks anyway for the warning!
-
Rather knock it on the head tbh.

You can have all the team spirit you want but it the riders are not up to the job it means jack! We've had apparent excellent team spirit for the last decade but won naff all. If the team is winning then team spirit will follow, whatever 7 are out there that week. Getting team selection right as possible from the off is also preferable I agree but is something else that we haven't got right in a decade.
-
What does it matter if a club goes through 50 riders. It's a business and numbers game and everyone knows that.
-
It was season over last Friday. The faithful have been clutching at straws since then.
-
We want to give the paying public two full sides and an exciting evening for their hard earned. We appreciate that down Ippo way after a hard day in the tractor cab a win is the only objective against whatever the opposition can cobble together.
-
And if you have a bit of bad luck, 6 instead of 7 is a right dogs' dinner.

Peterborough Panthers V Rye House - 12/9
Crump99 replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I hardly think one looney on the BSF makes any difference to the situation. As for it not being concerned about the injured riders, it was safe to assume that they were feeling second hand but not seriously injured, hence the 1/2 hour wait between the incident and heat 15 completing. It could not have completed if the doctor was attending to seriously injured riders. -

So you don't know outside of your logical solution, isn't that what I said.
