  1. 11,115 per http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stadion_im._Edwarda_Jancarza If the £300,000 is for the qualifier in 2010, and race-off and final in 2011 it's not a bad deal. Rico
  2. 1. Grudziadz V Lodz (time, cost, directions, map etc 2pm start time per Racers and Royals post elsewhere Doable by train from Bydgoszcz, times on www.polrail.com Map http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&t=h&...mp;utm_term=map 75km 2. Zielena Gora V Torun (time, cost, directions, map etc) 4pm start Not doable by train unless you fancy a 7am set off and 2 changes. map http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&t=h&...mp;utm_term=map 300km Don't know if there will be any tickets available on the day for this one. Rico
  3. Tbh would think you've no chance as this match should've been run last week and was sold out at the time. Miracles can happen though. Rico
  4. Disastrous news for those planning on going to Torun on Sunday - first leg will be held at Zielona Gora this Sunday with a 4pm start. Rico
  5. Track doesn't look in a good shape in the pics on this article http://translate.googleusercontent.com/tra...aOfQC-xtQ531Fvw I'm hearing Thursday being suggested as the next attempt. Rico
  6. Anyone thinking of a last minute trip (make sure you get ticket sorted out) or upgrading your accomodation, there may still be some spaces at the lovely Hotel Pod Orlem, contactable via e-mail rezerwacja1@hotelpodorlem.pl Rico
  7. What on earth is your problem with this Trees ? It's got nothing to do with the GP whatsoever. As someone has posted earlier, the second leg is scheduled for next Sunday, so they are fitting in the match prior to the second leg. Nothing on in Sweden on Tuesday, so go for it I say. Rico
  8. Agreed. I'm sitting in with the ZG fans next week and want a cracking atmosphere and them in with a chance of the title. ZG by 10 today - you can do it Rico
  9. Not quite sure how I'm gonna explain this one away to the Mrs. "Just popping to the village, my dear" Rico
  10. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/index...5094&page=1 Having an interval after heat 12 at the moment. Going to be a late finish at this rate. Rico
  11. No chance on the day as this will be a complete sell-out. There are a lot of people on here awaiting announcement on the release of the tickets, which will undoubtedly be like gold-dust. Rico
  12. Plenty of trains between Bydgoszcz and Torun, around an hour depending on the speed of the train you're on. Not sure about the start time, but I'd imagine it will be between 5 and 7 pm. Rico
  13. Because if you are with Virgin, you don't have the red button technology. Also, you are unable to record via Sky+ using the red button. Rico
  14. Very much keeping an eye on this situation. Selfishness hopes Torun host the second leg, but depends on semi-final results. It's sit back and wait time I'm afraid. Rico
  15. THJ scored 8 from memory. 2,2,3,1,0. His race win was a fantastic effort holding off the charging Protasiewicz. Also combined with Holta for a maximum in heat 4. Rico
  16. Was nice to see you on TV tonight MK. Great match and enjoyed it from start to finish. Well done Polonia. Well done THJ too - he rode really well. Rico
  17. I was just popping onto this thread to say I thought Kelvin did really well thrusted into the hotseat today. Well done Sir. And congrats to Mr & Mrs Pearson. Rico
  18. Oh this kind of comment really gets on my bristols. When the event is held in GB next year will the hosts not have paid for it ? Rico
  19. Excellent post Anders, always nice to hear a view from the 'outside world'. Hell is an ok word, even for those complaining about the SWC getting in the way of their church time. Rico
  20. I don't think the pricing for the race-off at Leszno can be knocked. Adult seats are roughly £5, whereas for the final the same seats are around £12. Standing at the race-off is just over £2, bargain I still don't think there'll be much of a crowd though as people will save themselves for Saturday night. Rico
  21. Have been to a few practices previously and never managed a whole one yet. Always tended to pop back out to the pub by the pits entrance for a few beers before sometimes popping back in. Can't see having a crowd at practice will make it any more interesting, but it's a bit of a nice move by the event promoters to arrange for this, having not done so previously. Now the masses will see it's not that exciting Still not bothered getting tickets for all our group as yet, so unlikely to bother going in anyhow. We've got a bus to catch at 4 o'clock to Somerset. Rico
  22. No chance without a pass. Your ticket grants you stadium access only. Rico
