  1. is this being offered on the season pass or is it an additional pay per view?
  2. (12/5)*4= 4.5. 4.5 more for one team is 4.5 less than the opponent, so a swing of 9ts
  3. so nicholls outperformed his average by 4.5 which is a swing of 9pts. this might have been more had he scored in ht15 as well. kind of makes a mockery of the sport really
  4. he looked good at oxford. maybe taking time to get to grips with foxhall. can’t help being moved to no 2, a position that rew should be commanding by now
  5. so oxford could have fielded riss and nicholls in ht14 because tungate had forfeited his 3 min rides but they messed up handing the meeting to ipswich
  6. Sheffield's scandalous use of guests in the final last year spring to mind. Etheridge for Vissing (who barely rode before getting injured) basically won them the league: 6. Jye Etheridge (G) - 3, 1, 0, 2', 3 = 9+1
  7. lambert, or any other playoff mercenary, should come at a premium on their fair rolling average
  8. they need to close this loophole by including scores from the guest bookings to count toward his rolling average?
  9. how much longer will nicholls be able to trade off that cheap 5.1 average? I assume that was based on last year?
  10. aces made the right decision moving max fricke on it seems
  11. it’s too cold for good racing
  12. rory is doing his best here to polish this turd
  13. dodged the heavy showers i think (1-2miles west of the track) and rain is now thinning out so optimistic
  14. two formula 1 cars from the same team collide on the run in to the line and crash out of the race. the referee doesn’t award either car points so why does he need to here? was the race actually stopped? i don’t recall the red lights coming on. maybe the Lynn rider was past the stricken Leicester duo before the ref had a chance to put the red lights on. i can see your point of view for sure. another grey area is where two riders from the same team collide on the opening corner yet both are reinstated for the re run. i don’t think the rule book is definitive in these kind of scenarios. i doubt very much that the investigation will focus on heat 2. for me the incident with the starting gate post will be the focus as this is clearly a safety issue where the heat should have been stopped immediately. also the ref should have used the tv footage to catch kemp touching the tapes but this heat 2 incident is far too subjective IMHO
  15. he’s gained an advantage as the referee has awarded him points when he failed to finish the race. the opposition riders were not the cause of this, one of his own riders was
  16. you could argue it wasnt foul, unfair or dangerous riding as Kemp simply locked up with his chain coming off. Also Thompson didnt deliberately lay down his machine or leave the track. he took avoiding action. dont want to sound pedantic but i dont think this is as clear cut as some are making out and ultimately the ref was at liberty to make the call he did. at the time it wouldnt have been obvious what had happened to kemp's machinery.
  17. i think the ref actually made the correct decision in heat 2. as far as he was aware, there was a coming together of the leicester riders with both falling and letting the lynn rider through to finish 2nd for a 0-5. surely just back luck for the lions. doesn’t really matter that kemp was the primary cause of the incident.
  18. complin has to be key to the outcome. he seems to have hit a bit of form and could go well if it’s wet
  19. all to play for i’d say. glasgow might be exposed with the reserves having to cover vissing
  20. doesn’t look quite so optimistic on the radar https://www.netweather.tv/live-weather/radar
  21. glasgow were riding on a bog of a track last night as well. happens this time of year.
