  1. Doyle will be looking to put himself in the shop window for a swift return to foxhall in time for the playoffs
  2. Not a bad return from Kennett all things considered
  3. I’d expect mayfield to look to hold a GP at foxhall next year. Has a bigger capacity than the NSS
  4. Belle Vue splashing the GP cash on agent Doyle. Think this one will backfire…
  5. Speedway was profitable back then. Nowadays we fly in a load of riders from abroad
  6. It’s looking very wet on Thursday to be fair
  7. Better from bangs in Sweden tonight. Unfortunately he just can’t gate
  8. Good racing across the two meetings but I can’t but help feel two consecutive GPs at the same track isn’t a good for the sport. Maybe it’s a necessity at the moment given the economics. Wroclaw next so that’s 3 home GPs for Kurtz….
  9. Hoping for a BZ victory tonight. Anyone but an Australian really.
  10. Fricke was pretty ruthless in that first corner. Seen that from him before. He lifted shortly after BZ binned it. Had he done that before it might have made the decision more contentious
  11. Agreed. Kurtz is a bit of a one trick pony so needed to take advantage of two home GPs. I doubt he will have that advantage tomorrow on a wet track.
  12. Track won’t be race able tomorrow judging by those final few heats
  13. Thought it was a sell out tonight but plenty of spaces in the temporary stand
  14. its been raining a lot the past 2 hours from what i can see on the radar. good call to call it off day-ahead
  15. As opposed to under the roof at Cardiff was my point… The Cardiff £ was guaranteed
  16. the Saturday forecast looks a bit iffy...risk of staging it in Manchester
  17. Nil points for PHB in Sweden tonight. Was slow out of the gate. Will take a few meetings to see if he is up to it
  18. quite a few contributors seem to be trolling the forum for some reason...over the winter there was too little comms. now its too much. i welcome the more regular developments. at least it shows we are being proactive in managing the team
  19. Back with a Bang on Thursday... hopefully
  20. why the impulse to sack him after just a few weeks? its a good move to bring in jake mulford as a guest. maybe PHB's performances have been hindered by some mental health struggles in the early part of the season and this break is giving him space to get his head right
