I don't want to see both Koppe and Albin back, its one or other with Compton at reserve, would be much stronger ! I would go Koppe if getting Albin over here is such a pain regarding living, decent bikes etc.

A good start with Stead and Roynon for sure, really hope we turn Owlerton into a place no away team wants to visit again as recent seasons it has just been far too easy for visiting teams.

Seems fellow Sheffield fans want a crap team again next year then Cory is not a dirty rider and makes one mistake against your lovely chap Birko that you will just not let go, just look at our teams through years and we have had our fair share of riders who made similar mistakes. I can certainly remember Kyle Legault making a ill advised move on bend 3 against Rye House few years back, was worst case of dirty riding i have ever seen. It seems some Sheffield fans just want a team of riders they know and are friends with than wanting promotion to get the best team possible and this has gone on for years and that is why last two season we have ended up near bottom.

Good result for Stocksbridge today away at Droylsden, roll on game against Matlock next saturday and another good win for Liverpool

I am kind of just glad we are going to be running next season, Steady is a great start and a fully fit Stead all season would be a great thing for us, hopefully now we can get some good quality in to support Stead for a good season then build from there, we certainly have to look at making Owlerton a fortress again.

I would work my arse off to make sure we get Compton and Albin as our reserves ! Would be great to see Roynon back as well and Birks but then for final 2 spots no idea.

Agreed, Ricky Wells was steady at home and put in a good return most weeks but his real value to team was away from home ! I think a lot of fans were after a scapegoat and Ricky was it, when really it was the other riders actually letting us down plus Injuries hurting us. Good luck to Ricky Wells at Workington who have a good side signed up. Hopefully this week we get the news we want so we can crack on signing a team up which will get harder and harder the longer sale goes on.

Agreed we all love a local derby I miss Hull Vikings a lot ! Always entertaining and Paul Thorp was great.
