Sheffield V Ipswich Pl 29-08-2013Baldyman replied to Roland's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway This ain't as easy a 3 points as you would expect, because of the way the track has to be ridden. If this was any other track I would say easy 4 points, but it's not on another track. Doyle is the perfect guest and will get14 or 15

Adam isn't ours, so that's not nailed on, but would be great to have the use of him for another season. And has rohan really improved that much this season? Certainly not as much as would have thought he would.

Sheffield V Ipswich Pl 29-08-2013Baldyman replied to Roland's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway According to twitter, Doyle replaces Ben tonight. It also said he was having scans, but I couldn't see anywhere where it mentioned the outcome of those

Well other teams have one running so why not us also. Obviously we don't know how this season will finish and what form our riders may end with, but it's only a bit of fun. So who would you like to see in our team for next season? For me Cameron really is the only must have. I would also like to see Ben again and if a deal can be done for another season, then b Adam also. With a full season with us next season, I could see Ritchie improving on his average and would be good if we could keep him at reserve. As for the rest, I can take or leave them. Would definitely consider klindt for a middle order team place. And if we could use him, how about the young Lambert.

Sheffield V Ipswich Pl 29-08-2013Baldyman replied to Roland's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway But I was there at Workington that night and it was really slick, you only had to get out in front and that was it. This track is usually pretty grippy and the fastest line is 3 inches from the fence, very easy to get overtaken here once in front. I just don't think we have enough riders that will be up by the fence on the fastest line.

Sheffield V Ipswich Pl 29-08-2013Baldyman replied to Roland's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Don't fancy us for anything here, will have done pretty good too get a point. I just don't think we have enough rider's that ride up by the fence, which is usually where you need to be on this track after a few races. Again can't see any more than 3 or 4 points from morten here and that could be our downfall of getting the point.

Glasgow V Ipswich Pl Sun 25th Aug 2013@3p.m.Baldyman replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway they are only blind if they leave him there, even though us who know nothing wouldn't have put him there to start with. What I want to know is what happened to that really good form he was showing for 3 or 4 meeting a couple of months ago? He hasn't had any bad crashes or anything has he? But it ain't gonna work, now putting him at 2 to see if that worked, then yes that would make sense., not number 5 I have loved watching Barker, but Cameron really has been the rider of our season so far for me.

Glasgow V Ipswich Pl Sun 25th Aug 2013@3p.m.Baldyman replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway I see Billy big balls did well, lowest scoring witch, what the hell is he doing at 5? Terrible decision by whoever made it. Apart from that, we beat a very poor team pretty well and that's 4 points in the right direction

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Well they would be the only 2 capable of scoring near what Ben would, are there any other riders anywhere near that good that are not already racing on Saturday. The only other riders I can think of that would be available are north or summers, and if that's the case, we are better off with rr

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway That's why I said on this occasion, as there's is also re arranged. I think you are probably right though and the elite league will come first, even though it shouldn't

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Since a rider only doubles up not down, on this occasion shouldn't it be our meeting that Ben should be at?

Glasgow V Ipswich Pl Sun 25th Aug 2013@3p.m.Baldyman replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Well a couple of days ago I predicted a loss, but now I will be very disappointed if we don't get a win. If morten can score well from number 5, then it could be a 4 point win which will help with our quest for top spot

Somerset V Ipswich Friday 23rd AugustBaldyman replied to oldtimer's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway I see a fair few 5-1 against us tonight, our new riding order away from home doesn't look good to me. But with a good tactical ride, think we may only lose by 16

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway they used to race in the rain and very often race in the rain in Denmark. So is cos riders now mainly use roll off systems and not throwaway tear off or plastic held in a spring like the old days. And believe me I know what it's like to race in the rain and not being able to see a lot, I've done it at at 160mph

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway According to Bacon on twitter, the track was fine, meeting only called off because of the rain. So can you not race in the rain on a fine track?

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway They may not have taken money, but it was said the track looked good, so I left work and then kept checking Facebook and Twitter like it said but it wasn't updated so then just about got to Ipswich and it's off, surely they knew it was going to be off hours ago. Just be honest, that's all I ask, and I could have earnt another 20 at work and saved 20 in petrol

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway And didn't we just know it would be. fans treated like fools again
-
Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Nothing wrong with the track according to twitter and Facebook not to long ago, or were they bluffing it as often the case just to make sure there are people there to watch in the very slim chance it may go ahead

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway According to Facebook, track looks okay, but more decisions at 6.30.

Witches V Devils ( Pl ) 22-8-13Baldyman replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway It better not turn into one of those nights that you pay to get in, then a track inspection is done and the meeting called off.
