So we already need to get a point there too, or even better.
-
And how does this work, normal points scoring or overall total of race points? Think Edinburgh will win with us second.
-
Oh right i haven't seen anything about it, who else is in our little group?
-
He done well for us at number 2 before, so that's a good choice. Is it a play off match or an outstanding league match?

Lewis Kerr looked pretty good last Thursday, or Bates for me.

But like I was saying, wasn't only his fault, although I wish it was. I really don't rate him at all. His 10 years experience count for nothing though when you are the best you are ever going to be. Personally I hope he is nowhere near the team again next year, the same as I have for the last couple of years. We really will struggle to win anything With a rider like him in our team. I dare say he will be in it next season again though -

This is gonna be a strange one for me, but in a way I am going to stick up for morten slightly. Yes he has experience and lots of it, but those that have seen him race on tracks of that type know it's not the best for him, so in my mind he should have been moved to number 2 for this meeting, so in a way the team manager also let us down. Also I see no one has mentioned rohan, he had also only scored 3 points from his first 4 races, morten had only had 3 rides for his 3 points, so you could actually blame rohan more. Like last season his form seems to have dipped in the last month or so. Has he really pushed on as much as most thought he would in his second season and also getting elite league experience. In the premier league games don't think he has hardly much, if at all. -

From what I have seen of morten previously at that track and tracks like it, it just doesn't suit his riding style, and leaving him at 5 was not the greatest of ideas. That's just my opinion and, but I'm sure someone else will say something else. -

So we nearly won the fours, and now nearly won the play off qualifiers, can we nearly win the play offs and cup too? -

Oh come on surely we should have won that match, they had their best rider missing and a national league guest. With a 6 point lead twice it looks like we throw it away. With morten at 5 on away tracks its not going to work. Well done though to Somerset, they obviously wanted it more than we did as they kept overtaking us by the look on updates. Looks like Adam, cam and Ritchie all done well though. -

Although not very good for the watching fans, it certainly throws this meeting up in the air. I really hope all the Ipswich rider's race their hearts out. Even if we don't win the play offs its still a great achievement finishing top of the league. -

Surely the teams up to date Web sites have all the up to date information? -
I've already basically said the same thing about the money and the team manager, but I was slated for it.

There already was a 2014 thread started, but most said it was a waste of time cos they don't understand the word fun.

Where the hell are the sour grapes? Can you read properly? I said he was trying to earn as much money as he can, and who can blame him. Where are the sour grapes in that? I thought he was brilliant on Thursday, no sour grapes from me. You are clearly reading something that I didn't write, maybe your agenda? Who knows, only you

This is the way I see it. Cook only had one thing on his mind Thursday, that was himsel. Not once in the whole meeting did he look behind for anyone else. I am in no way knocking cook for doing that, because he is probably only trying to earn as much money as he can while he can, as you are possibly only one crash away from never being able to race again. Now, what should have happened is the Edinburgh team manager saying to cook, wherever you finish we will pay you for the win if you and team mate get us the point.

Must just be a speedway thing then. Or maybe just me, cos when other tracks have put on a better price I have gone to those meetings. Sheffield and Somerset being examples, and I wouldn't have gone otherwise. It may have only been a few quid, but since they made the effort so did I. Well I was going to go to the away leg, but you have put me off now with your can't be bothered to try anything attitude.

Cheaper admission for away fans to add to atmosphere would be a good start. And why not? Are you in charge of the budget? Do you not think more would travel then? And people wonder why crowds are not that great. I'm only talking cheaper admission for away fans. The more away fans the better cos the atmosphere at Ipswich is pretty poor without them. And pretty poor is being polite.
