  1. Maxine used to ride grasstrack with Mark Loram. Pretty good she was too! Wonder whatever happened to her.
  2. Grachan I know what it says, I was making the point that she wasn't in a British League to the best of my knowledge only Second Halves & Juniors (I think maybe Kev H or Steve Hone can confirm this). Was pointing out that Canterbury and Arena Essex were National League level at the time. Also if you've ever seen her ride you'd know what the !!! mean after British League even though I omitted the 'a' geeeeeeeeeeeeeeez that was hard work but maybe now it will make me read the post through before pressing add reply
  3. In British League!! she rode at Canterbury & Arena Essex as well I think second halves National League level and at Iwade on a regular basis as well. Edit to make it clearer that Canterbury and Arena Essex were National League at the time not ness. Lisa riding National League ...... Does that make sense
  4. Well we'll never know now as we have Scott and whatshisface riding
  5. In totally understand that as just had my roots touched up (so to speak!!)
  6. What's the matter with you lot can't you spell that you have to abbreviate names
  7. Spent absolutely ages telling Mark about the forum just hope he doesn't read that comment will really want to make him carry on wont it
  8. Don't panic Bugz I'm sure they are having a little chuckle at that one Well Done Scott
  9. Speak for yourself if Lee is in a race I'd rather cheer on anyone else than him Brit or not and that coming from a Brit Fan (only time I ever cheered him on was when I was drunk during the WTC in Live Updates and I'm sure Crazy Sue made me do it! Yep in that case I must agree give Lee a placing he rides for himself whether for Club, Country or Individual. Robyn that's only so that if they make a girlies section Iris can join in
  10. SL was giving some friendly advice, think yourself lucky I never got their first or someone else who isn't a fan of his like him the Royals
  11. He considers it an honour to be invited but as they are "Stuck Up" he wont bother hmmmmmm why bother posting he's had such an invite if this is the case, you haven't painted such a wonderful picture of him after all if that's how he feels. Maybe he, like I said, should decline the invite and let someone else who would appreciate the day go.
  12. Well said SL, why can't I just say that instead of getting all irate in my posting
  13. Hmmmmm in that case tell him to rsvp quickly so that someone else that would enjoy the chance of a lifetime experience can go. Sounds like the only space cookie there will be him if he thinks like that! Norbold I think went a couple of years ago and he's not "Stuck Up" as nor are my Parents.
  14. Take it he's been invited to Buckingham Palace for the Royal Garden Party? Enjoy it Gary my parents did when they went
  15. He hasn't done so far so why should next season be any different Without a doubt Sub, say what you like about Mark he puts butts on seats fans love him
  16. I love the Brits but Lee Richardson don't get a cheer from me whether he wins or not Whether they can better him or not Mark is a popular with the crowd listen to the airhorns and cheering each time he was shown on the screen even Floppy got bigger cheers that Richardson. Up to standard or not Cardiff is never the same without him for me and I know there are a lot of other people (not just Tabby before anyone decides to have a pop there!) that think the same. The year before we had 19 of our family went because Mark was there this year there were 4 of us, yes it was a good GP but would of been nice if our Golden Boy was there, win or lose he's Loved!!!!
  17. Maybe not this season coming but my Dad did on the day last year were up on the top of the building but he said it was the best view he'd ever had at the stadium
  18. excellent idea!!! My kids wont be if I decide to go on their birthday
  19. Rye house had "Infradex" Leathers in the 70's also had matching trailers and covers for the bikes In '87 Canterbury had matching Leathers well Dave, Carl, Richard, Paul W and Mike did Robert and Paul matched each other though so does that count
  20. Good, because I'd hate to think that my hard earnt Tax is helping towards trips that I can't afford to go on. See if they have any more jobs going
  21. All depends really Norbold on who's everyones favs but then the Mauger/Rickardsson one has already been discussed.
  22. Number 2 son is still on the ceiling and doesn't look like he's going to come down for a while I'm sure I wasn't this bad at his age
