  1. Maybe for the German Round ALL left in the competition can be given 10,000 credits to be used on a further two selections ? This way even SCB could finish in the Top 10
  2. Peter Adams, Chris Van Straaten, Matt Ford, Gareth Rogers, Jonathan Chapman etc etc . . . . . Josh Auty, Joe Haines, Lewis Bridger, Adam Roynon, Steve Boxall, (Tai Woffiden) etc etc
  3. Wjm - Please remember the following statement TAI WOOFIDEN WOLVES ASSET - NOT POOLE Further to your team, I dont think Boycie will be riding next season Otherwise you have some basics there, but your details are well off the scale. EL TEAM; Crump and ?? with Kennett, Batchelor, Holder, Doyle and ? Then a British League team without the two top riders (Crump and ?) with a doubling up rider filling the 6th spot and a format used using 6 man teams over 18 heats like the old test matches used to be.
  4. I was tempted with Nicholls but in the end went for big returns on Zagar and Bjarne as both did well there last year and Bjarne only missed the semi's due to no race wins. Steve T - You said before that there will be something near the end that will mean big points to some - what is that then ? Next Season I will be putting 50% of my total on Lindgren in every round
  5. Elite League - POINTS LIMIT 37.50 1. Poole 2. Coventry 3. Belle Vue 4. Arena Essex 5. Eastbourne 6. Ipswich 7. Wolverhampton 8. Peterborough 9. Reading 10. Swindon 11. Birmingham 12. Kings Lynn 13. Rye House 14. Sheffield Premier League - POINTS LIMIT 37.50 1. Workington 2. Glasgow 3. Edinburgh 4. Berwick 5. Newcastle 6. Redcar 7. Mildenhall 8. Somerset 9. Sittingbourne 10. Plymouth 11. Scunthorpe 12. Weymouth 13. Newport 14. Isle of Wight 15. Buxton 16. Exeter 17. Stoke 18. Oxford Going from the list already posted by the original poster, I would think these would work more with teams like Buxton, Sittingbourne and Plymouth helped out with a few loan signings. Why you say a 37.50 limit in the EL ? Wolves 1 - Fredrik Lindgren 8.00 2 - Tai Woffiden 4.50 3 - David Howe 7.25 4 - Adam Skornicki 4.50 5 - Mikael Max 6.33 6 - Will Lawson 3.75 7 - Magnus Karlsson 4.10 Thats Why
  6. How can Redcar be in a different league to Wolves if its done on wealth when they have the same owner ?
  7. Glad Scott made it to the final and hopefully stays in the top 8 all the way now
  8. At present that may be the case, but England have some good youngsters around at the moment that could easily reach the GP's in future years. Once there it needs a bit of luck, but they are heading in the right direction. At present, I think Jarek Hampel has a very good chance in the next five years when the likes of Crump, Adams, Pedersen and Hancock have moved on. By the year 2012, I would say Hampel will be one of the main contenders with Jonsson, Lindgren, Holder and Woffiden. Kasprzak could be one for the future and riding in England will be a benefit for him, but which one turns up ? He rode at Wolves before the SWC and didn't want to know and only scored a point due to a rider being excluded. Karol Zabik seems to have the ability along with alot of others, but Pawel Hlib had the same and seems to be struggling this year more. England have a batch of young riders still in their teens coming through and some of those could be England's best chance.
  9. You really need to check out your spelling before posting scooter
  10. 1st ~ sccoter ~ 389,496 pts 2nd ~ mckenna ~ 282,394 pts 3rd ~ Jacques ~ 280,000 pts 4th ~ T.N.T. ~ 203,700 pts 5th ~ Col ~ 173,786 pts 6th ~ sonic ~ 140,051 pts 7th ~ Shalewhale ~ 126,068 pts 8th ~ Phil ~ 78,874 pts 9th ~ Schumi ~ 72,133 pts 10th ~ Chris ~ 60,480 pts Would have been nice for Freddie to have made the final, but at least Nicki missed out as scooter had 222,222 points on him which would have made the lead unreal. Next Stop Latvia.
  11. At the age of 22 I worked as a DJ in San Antonio, Ibiza and during that time I had my fair share of good luck with the ladies which included some real beauties and some who knew how to please a man. There was the times when the numbers were more than two and each night a smile was bought to my face with the most enjoyable feelings you could imagine, but last night that feeling was bettered . . . . . by a man Nicki Pedersen - your moaning, winging, cry baby rants were pure orgasmic
  12. If anyone is to replace Midlo, which wont happen then the only two people you could really look at are Colin Pratt or Alun Rossiter. The only foreigner I would think of naming is Sam Ermolenko who is great in the pits with the riders and USA are unlikely to be challenging for the foreseeable future.
  13. Am I right in thinking Fredrik Lindgren is the Wild Card for the next GP ? May need another big night from him this time ! Looks like PK and Laukannen will be in the mix as well
  14. Fair play to Scooter and the rest for picking up so many points as my tactics went down the swanny a bit with Andersen failing to win a race Thought the 50k I had on him was good for a 300k return but in the end my insurance bet of Nicki P (20K) meant I only lost 10,000 in the end. Looks like we may have to put a fair bit on The Brazilian Boy Wonder to catch up with Scooter now
  15. Well thats 50,000 credits lost in the GP Prediction Game with Hans missing out Good job I had 20,000 on Nicki
  16. Nicki, Hans, Leigh and Greg seem to be the likely finalists with JC struggling on, but Scott top scored last year here and Hampel has a good record in Prague. Adams and Nicki havent geot great records here either, so it may well be a shock winner here and if its outsiders to bet on, I think Holta or Bjarne could be good e/w.
  17. Its like in football really . . . every World Cup they never bring out Mr Jules Rimet
  18. Great meeting with "fast and furious" (ala Nigel Pearson) where first out of the gate seemed to be a big dis advantage. Never knew there were two Krzysztof Kasprzak's as that wasn't the same one that appeared at Monmore Green last week.
  19. I dont find it offensive ! but the guy needs his eyes testing
  20. Poland and Australia to just edge out Sweden with Russians comfortable fourth with just Emil doing well for them. Damian Balinski to become the star rider on show.
  21. Fredrik Lindgren may well out score the rest of the team. If AJ is fit to return, I expect Sweden to have Freddie, PK and AJ in there battling, but its highly unlikely J000nas will do the same again. With Denmark and GB (England) all in the final, I think Poland and Australia will do enough to get in the final ahead of the Swede's. As for the final, all teams have weaker and inexperienced riders that makes it quite open, but Denmark to win . . . just.
  22. CLICK HERE for updates on the second semi-final in Slovenia that has just run heat 4. Rafal Dobrucki, Jonas Davidsson, Kenneth Bjerre and Rory Schlein won the first heats with Jernej Kolenko, Grzegorz Walasek, Lubos Tomicek and Fredrik Lindgren getting seconds. Lewis Bridger has failed to arrive 1. (16) Fredrik Lindgren ŠVE 2, 1, 2, 3, 3 = 11+3 2. (4) Renat Gafurov RUS 1, 3, 1, 3, 3 = 11+2 3. (10) Kenneth Bjerre DAN 3, 3, 3, 2, 0 = 11+1 4. 23. Please be gracious with me oh masterful one . . . I am but a Wolves fan and once i get to anything above 45 i lose count so please except my apologies. I had taken the losing bets off twice in my workings. I just didn't want to have points I didn't gain and I now understand that you were right TNT 113,700 COOL
  24. Forgive me Steve if I am wrong, but I think there may be a few scores wrong in the latest table. As I make it, I bet 22,000 on Jason Crump at 4pts which I presume gained me 88,000 plus my 22,000 back = 110,000 I did lose 3,000 on Bjarne Pedersen which takes my Cardiff total down to 107,000 return to be added to the 3,700 I left in the bank, thus giving me a total of 110,700 but you have me as 113,700 (3,000 diff) Scooter bet 20,000 on Adams at 2 points which gives a return of 40,000 plus the 20,000 stake. However Scooter lost 5,000 on Hans which gives a Cardiff return of 55,000 which added to the 4,690 that was left in the bank gives a total of 59,690 but you have Scooter down as 64,690 (5,000 diff) i have the following score totals for the top 10 you have TNT = 110,700 (you have the total as 113,700) scooter = 59,690 (64,690) Lis = 55,100 (55,110) grumpy = 44,600 (54750) mckenna = 42394 (52394) cockney pirate 30457 (42630) sonic = 35051 (40051) Star Lady = 34202 (34202) Shalewhale = 31,068 (31,068) PanthersChamps = 30,000 (30,000) 4th ~ sccoter ~ 29,690 pts ( Hans Andersen 5,000 + Leigh Adams 20,000 ) 5th ~ T.N.T. ~ 28,700 pts ( Jason Crump 22,000 + Bjarne Pedersen 3,000 ) 6th ~ sonic ~ 25,051 pts ( Andreas Jonsson 5,000 + Jason Crump 5,000 ) 7th ~ grumpy ~ 24,300 pts ( Jason Crump 10,150 + Hans Andersen 10,150 ) 8th ~ mckenna ~ 22,394 pts ( Greg Hancock 10,000 + Hans Andersen 10,000 ) 9th ~ cockney pirate ~ 20,699 pts ( Hans Andersen 12,173 + Jason Crump 8,526 ) 10th ~ PanthersChamp06 ~ 20,000 pts ( Leigh Adams 10,000 + Hans Andersen 10,000 ) =19th ~ Lis ~ 8,400 pts ( Nicki Pedersen 2,010 + Chris Harris 6,090 ) 22nd ~ Shalewhale ~ 7,068 pts ( Greg Hancock 3,000 + Jason Crump 3,000 ) 34th ~ Star Lady ~ 4,886 pts ( Jason Crump 2,443 + Chris Harris 2,443 ) by the looks of it in most cases, you havent taken away the losing bets ?
