Where is Laguta gonna be? -
solid signing

I propose we all take 5 minutes of our time today at some point to think about the big news The big news that Nicki Barrett will not be racing for Berwick in 2014... Saddened by this news, Nicki was an all action Bandit who regularly could be seen signing autographs basically being a real Bandits fans favourite. My 5 minutes starts now.....
-
I hope Rye fans sake, Kennet does decently
-
I'd go and watch Ashfield Juniors if that is the best they can hope for...
-
would it fit with vissing at 5?
-
Make it 10 seasons, Edinburgh produce top results and riders we produce great burgers....
-
Larsen would be a class act at this level

You need seven contributing riders right off your carrying the two reserves. Dollan isn't going to pull up any trees, which will put a lot more pressure on Wethers, Vissing and Bellego who I think collectively will average about the same or slightly more than there starting CMA's Seb Alden at no1? When will Berwick fans learn? Yes he will win you races by half a straight against Plymouth or a Sheffield team being fronted by Ricky Wells. But anyone with half a braincell knows. Inconsistancy has followed Seb Alden all throughout his career he has a 7.5 average for a reason.

Some good points raised.... Speedway is targeted at the average punter who attends a meeting. What I've found at the track I attend mostly, while there are some very intelligent people who are in the know. A lot of fans just go for a night out or go because there friends. Some "fans" that go to Berwick haven't got a clue about the Sport or the bigger picture. As long as they see a home win and 15 heats failing that there is uproar

Bikes weres lightning once he ironed out the creases.... Talented boy injuries curtailed 2010 for the bandits

If you were on the dole, and the opportunity of working came about you would take it? Rempala was dropped by Tarnow about 6 weeks before we signed him because he was failing to score in meetings. Rest assured Catch Me if you Can had Mr Rempala been contributing to his team's overall score we would have never seen him at Berwick
-
and you reckon he is gonna leave Poland his homeland to race for the Mighty World Champs The Berwickshire Bandits The only way a Pole will ride over here is either because (a) they have been dropped for being cackle or are so bad they cant even get a team place in the first place. I.e Michal Rajkowski or Sebastian Truminski Sure he would entertain at home matches, we had Lee Complin for 3 seasons. 7 riders who can score there averages would be a great start

Good news
-
lol he or she seems to like Ulrich Ostergaard, He's a feasible signing for the Diamonds
-
Simon Stead is going to come to Newcastle because?
-
Very good side I'd say. Suprised Aspegren's average is that high to be honest with you. He's signed for Rye House...
-
Er gating is rather essential at Berwick and Speedway in general I'd say allen is more of a risk from than Howe going on there respective cmas
-
Howe would be a good move, no doubt in my mind
-
David Howe, Pontus Aspegren?
-
How would Berwick fans feel about Ben Barker leading the Bandits into 2014? The best visitor at Shiefield in 2013 for me, other than that thought Barker had a poor season maybe a move up north with the roar of the Bandits support could be a match made in heaven? Then again a Berwick fan once famously told me we weere hell bent on signing Gregorz Walasek... a funny bunch....

Poland and Sweden run squad systems, so if your mince like Barret and Aspergren were you get dropped
-
It's not a given Bellego will actually race many meetings.
-
More meetings for Bellego, he's signed for a good club with a track I would consider along with Opole and Bydgoszcz as one of the best tracks in the world. Wethers did a good job all round, he's one of these blokes that I don't imagine will be short of offers and if he goes to a track he scores well on I think Matty would be an asset for that team. Berwick would need replace him with a solid 3rd Heat Leader, a few possibilities have been mentioned above. Berwick seem to have good options for the middle order this year. Maybe the way forward is to go with a very strong Top 5 and little at reserve.
