-

-
Bo Petersen?I would go with Bjarne Pedersen
-
Need to bring back track rakers to bring the dirt back down after every race again.
-
See most of Lynn's home fixtures are on a Thursday night on the draft copy. That's buggered it if we get a season going,i work Thursday evenings now.Going have to try and get someone to cover me now ffs for about 10 meetings. It seems it never rains but it pours for me at the moment.

Won't sports people get like a travel corridor or something?Genuine question.Footballers will be travelling all over the place in the middle of February for Champions/Europa league.

SGB 2021 premiership confirmed lineups
tellboy replied to Gasser90's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I didn't say it was a good thing or bad thing, but it will be the top league in the UK.That's why if you put your top league teams against the lower league teams 9 times out of 10 the top league team will win.In most sports in just about every country if there are more than one league/division you will have a top league regardless of the strength of it. -

Can see a lot of rider movement, what with the introduction of a rising star to each team plus some teams riders not returning due to Polish restrictions.Going to be a merry go round.
-
We're alright just discussed with a mate and we are going to break Garrity out of prison. He certainly won't let us down
-
Big blow,Riss has opted for Denmark over the UK.
-
As a supporter i like to see my team win everything if they can.Now if i was the owner i would want to make money first and win something second. As a business you always want to run at a profit don't you? There is a fine balance though as some supporters will only turn up to see a winning team.So while wanting to make money you also need a competitive team to get those extra supporters through the turnstiles.
-
Nailed on Lynn i think with him opting out of Redcar, this will keep him at the 3 league Polish rule with him doing Sweden too.
-
Personally imo if riders put Poland and another league or two before the UK which i can understand from a riders perspective as Zloty rules. But if they are dropped by their team or not getting many starts they shouldn't be allowed back to ride in the UK for the season. We can't be seen as a soft touch. Some of those may already be thinking if i get dropped by my overseas team i will always get a spot back in the UK.Don't let them take the mick.
-
I wanted to put it something like that but thought some might take offence. You know what todays world is like.
-
I went to archives,2019 season and go to the final one issued at the bottom of the page. There were no league fixtures in 2020 so these have to be their starting averages for the new season.Minus any reductions of course.
-
There you go Haza,British talent are going to be given a chance.See you in May.Government guidelines permitting at the time of course
-
30.29 for those 5,may get a reduction on Kerr and Cook.I would have thought Bridger would come in on an average to keep us well under the limit. Averages are still on the BSPA site just go into the archives
-
Just waiting for your comeback now Steve
-
You are as young as you feel.So make sure you have a 30,40 year old beside you. That is a joke, please nobody take that seriously
-
Maybe i am being optimistic.I just feel in over 3 months a lot can change for the better.Over half the population should be vaccinated so that should really leave only the fittest. We will be out of Winter by then.Plus the Government will want the people to believe the vaccine has worked so some sort of normality will be resumed.Having said that i just don't believe half of what the Government are saying at the moment.
-
I'm clinging to the hope the vaccine will be well rolled out by then and we can nearly get back to normal by May.Afterall they are giving the vaccine to the speedway fans first, the over 80's now the over 70's soon be the over 60's and that's just about the fan base covered. Any old/new fan is good news to have at the speedway,so hope you do make it back
-
First of all i would suspect he would be replacing a German.Secondly i can see young British talent being given an opportunity this season. You simply cannot accommodate every young British rider though or else you get a league on par with the NL. I take it if the British youngsters are given their chance then you may make a comeback yourself
-
So a has been could be referred to probably half of the leagues riders according to your interpretation. Think you will find most riders are reliant on sponsorship.
