Surely BT can't discuss anything that Virgin do and don't do.I had BT sports free with Virgin,but ditched Virgin in the end just didn't rate the service. May look into going to BT now,never been with them before and it does seem they are getting all of the best sports now ahead of Sky.

Sad day for speedway,but hopefully in the very near future they will be back. I don't know who is to blame for the mess,but i did see Jeff Davies one of the men still working hard to get the Bees back on the track next year doesn't apportion any of the blame on the BSPA.He actually said the BSPA did absolutely everything possible,and he was personally involved.

But this would severely weaken Lynn's bottom end.So i see where GB is coming from.With the averages as they are you would have to have Batch from a team building side of things.But on one to ones,then yes you probably would have Cook and Fricke over Batchelor.

Thought the other Premiership teams have all their riders signed up,so why would the BSPA need to block them.

Not bothered who people think is the better rider,just wish all the top riders were riding in Britain this includes NKI.

Happy for Bailey to get his chance.But not getting as close to the overall team points limit is a bit disappointing for me.1.26 under,could they have possibly got a better rider for any of the top 6?Or maybe the rider who is going to share the no7 spot with Bailey has a higher average anyway so may consume the extra 1.26.

There was a rider who wasn't getting paid,but he felt he had to ride or he would incur a ban which would stop him riding for his other club he rode for.

Bet you thought that last season at BP.But Poole did manage to get a draw there though so that was a result for them i suppose.

I think the green was dropped as being like a bad luck colour or something.Pretty sure it was blamed for a string of injuries one particular year.Maybe someone else can shed more light on this.

King is a Lynn asset,was told when he was practising at Lynn before the British Final last year.He was practising on a Sunday during an amateur meeting.

If a team wanted them and they agreed terms i don't think there is anything stopping them. By the way Cook is riding for Workington,a championship team

Ah bless.I only see Lynn there once last season and you could double the amount of passes than what you saw in four .Maybe just your riders can't get to grips with the track.But then most people think the tracks are rubbish when their teams get beat on it.The track isn't perfect but it isn't as bad as you are trying to make out. He's certainly had to solve a few problems for a few clubs for the coming season.

I don't know what era you done all this,probably the 80's like me.But there isn't the opportunities like this anymore for the young ones.Paper rounds are pretty much a thing of the past,and any local land,nursery work seems to be only available to the Eastern Europeans.My daughter has to attend college and also on a Friday does a work experience which is unpaid. How different it is from the 80's when i also worked during holidays and evenings after school.I don't blame any unfortunate 16-18 year old that doesn't have a penny to their name.I blame the government. King's Lynn charge a concession rate for college students.But now as it is i would like to see the rate reduced to between child rate and adult rate.Something like £10 for students would be ok.

Oh right.Must admit all my years seem to roll into one and i can't remember who was where and when.Could Alan Littlechild have been on the scene then.Remember times in champs nightclub and plenty of beers,thats probably why i can't remember exactly dates of certain owners.Remember Nigel Leaver doing a whip round in champs as he had blown an engine and his girlfriend having to do a strip to the waist for it. Best party invite i got though was when me and my brother were invited to Henka's for a late night party after a meeting when he was living in Enmeth.Though's were the days :t: . They were the days when you could get friendly with riders and have a drink with them.Bit different now.

Agree with you on that.Loved watching Henka from the first time i saw him at the World Final at Bradford in 1990.I seem to recall seeing Buster saying to us after the meeting very excitedly we've signed we've bloody signed him(sure it was Buster). I think Trees is right in what she says too,that most people will say/think that they have seen the most exciting/best riders when they(the fan) are in their younger years.
