you've posted this twice now. where is there confirmation that Jason will not be riding on Monday???

R/R? with a team that's carrying injuries? it's very risky to say the least. Perhaps Lindgren is still awaiting his best engine to tun up from Sweden, although why he never brought it back with him, I'll never know.

2015 Speedway Gp Challange

Say what you like about 'Bomber', but once again he showed determination and qualified to be a GP rider for 2016. He may struggle on the world stage, but he is a team man who is proud to wear the Union Jack and represent not only himself but his country too -

Congratulations to all 14 riders tonight, awful conditions but put on a show. some dodgy decisions by the ref imo, would settle for a similar scoreline tomorrow in bees favour of course. -

RIDICULOUS. I and 100 more PLUS Mick Horton attended a meeting a while ago where it was explained that there is no curfew at Brandon Stadium. Once again it's the travelling fans that are let down. Marketed as 30 heats for £15 all the paying public got was 20 heats, the lads from Mildenhall travelled for what, less than 2 heats each. And you wonder why the sport is on it's knees -
Save Coventry Speedway - Meeting July 23
full-throttle replied to speedybee's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The big question is, how much? And with regards to a rolling one year lease, the speedway has to be viable for it to continue, so any large increase in rent has to be found from somewhere. As I understand the present situation, speedway is safe until the end of the 2016 season, it's then that a new 12 month lease would be offered. It was also mentioned that there would be 12 months notice should the stadium be sold, -
Save Coventry Speedway - Meeting July 23
full-throttle replied to speedybee's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Why don't you put your brain into gear before typing? Do you honestly think Sandhu or any stadium owner would allow an opposition group to held meetings in their stadia? Sandhu want's to sell yet the support group want to keep the stadium as it is. Had a complaint that the locals were unaware of the meeting due to communication issues, but those that attended including the Parish councillor all want the stadium to stay as it is. -
Should Rosco Still Be Team Gb Manager
full-throttle replied to robert72's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
why should his decisions as a PROMOTER affect his status as team GB manager. Just how many British Riders did Middlo employ when he had the job? -
if all the experts were there too it would be nearer 50k
-
Good win for NKI, and not an altogether bad result for Tai. 12 point lead now, yes it's still early but looking as good as he did in 2013
-
Didn't he do the same last year?
-
Lets be fair, for the second half of the meeting the racing has been a lot closer and more entertaining, Is the track to good to start with and has taken a dozen races to produce the lines we are seeing towards the business end of the meeting? There may have been plenty of passes, but in my opinion the whole spectacle has only started to live up to the hype since the interval
-
Plenty of passing? Cook and Bomber both got passed because there running in reverse gear, not much more of note
-
For as long as i can remember tracks have been bladed to allow meetings to continue/start. the less shale on the track the more water it can take, as realistically the water runs off quicker. That's why we get such slick tracks when Sky are in town, any hint of rain and the shale is removed.

Leicester V Coventry 9th May 2015
full-throttle replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
So.. here's a rider who signed for Coventry then decided he hadn't got the equipment required to take his place, but all of a sudden after an extended break he can join another team. I doubt he is the answer. Maybe he'll score a couple more than Bjarne, who clearly didn't want to be over here but did so to get his average down for the pirates next year, but it'll take a lot more than LB to avoid the wooden spoon this year -
