  1. Come on people let's draw a line under this now please. How many more times are we going to go over the same things
  2. I may be wrong here, but haven't seen anything that says CL says Ben does nothing. I'm sure CL said, that things are often said and that is part and parcel of the sport , and Ben did get fined as well as Cook so yes the ref obviously deemed he was at fault too for the pits altercation and that's fine. What happened after is all down to Mr Cook I think you will find. So a bit of handbags which was fine, brightened up an already tasty looking meeting. Something was going to happen, after the previous weeks tweeting!! (which mysteriously disappeared I'm sure) Nobody got hurt, thankfully, and justice was meted out to Cook for his OTT behaviour. The losers in all this were his team mates and the fans of both teams.
  3. Oh for goodness sake, this is all wearing a bit thin now, this poor Cookie was wronged malarkey!!! And to bring Ben's looks as a way of maligning him is somewhat low isn't it??? \is that the best you can do???.....please DON'T answer that, as this is a thread for Ipswich v Berwick and quite frankly I haven't seen any tweets by Berwick riders shooting their mouth's off Pleased to hear that Berwick fans are coming for this, lovely weather here today, fingers crossed for a decent meeting tonight.
  4. Really looking forward to this meeting. Bringing the family along to cheer the lads on for this important meeting.....mind the promise of fish and chips helps.
  5. damn I bet Simmo is disappointed though, he only wanted 1 point from this meeting, and those damn boys only went and got 3 tsk!!!! Only joking, fab isn't it, keep it up lads you are doing us REAL Witches fans proud. The WHOLE team!!
  6. No Ben Barker for us in this meeting, the very busy Craig Cook coming in as our guest No 1 http://ipswichwitches.co/
  7. https://www.youtube.com/embed/3svZLWAYatw Tai on the TV
  8. What a week for Tai, and what an emotional night for him. Good on him for singing the National Anthem too!!! Well done young man, hope this is the first of many wins for you.
  9. No I don't think you are unfair to expect Rohan to really kick on this season, he should and must, as you said he has been scoring well in the very poor POO team, so PL should be a doddle for him, I was merely balancing the fact that he had a nasty spill is all
  10. Slightly unfair on Rohan, first iffy meeting for us really, AND he had a bad spill during the week riding for POO, so give the lad the benefit of the doubt tonight hey
  11. does this link work?? Gyorshír Lonigoból U/21 junior VB - www.SpeedwayLive.hu speedwaylive.gportal.hu
  12. Apparently Cameron has whiplash. Thank goodness nothing more serious.
  13. what's ambiguous about it. The guy had been working on the track all afternoon, he knows the track as a rider and as a promotion. He is saying that he left it to the Ref to make the decision...what's ambiguous about that???
  14. Jonny, you'll soon learn that everyman and his dog know better than the officials who have to make these difficult decisions. And make no mistake, the riders certainly shouldn't have a say
  15. Hope you are happy with 2 Just what we needed, well done to the lads, brilliantly led by our No 1
  16. Oh have they changed nights  well it seems you have answered the point you made, that's obviously why he wasn't our No 1 he wanted EL I really hope that Alex and Stefan are ok.
  17. Well I know that he is obviously your "new GOD" but even he couldn't ride for 2 Thursday teams!!!!
  18. quick YOU'RE back, or were you meaning....watch your back lol Well thank you for the explanation, however surely the club would have given the endorsement or the BSPA. Seems really odd that a couple of the "nice" Aussie's are having a job getting visa's when others seem to have no bother
  19. Wish I was in the same part of Ipswich as you then, because at 13.24 it's still snowing where I live, and hasn't stopped since 8am this morning!!
  20. Stefan is a good lad, and doesn't know when to quit, he'll be fine, as you say just give him time to settle in. Goodluck Stefan.
  21. Always sad that there are injuries, and as others have said, hoping for a speedy recovery to all 3. Can I ask, did Jason's jacket inflate in his crash?? I have been very impressed with his and Bombers when I have seen them in use, we use a point 4 in horse sports so obviously have been interested in the good effect they have previously had.
  22. I understand there are a lot of riders WALKING the track Truly hope that Jason and Jari are ok, and the trip to hospital is just precautionary. Our injury blight at Dry Hose seems to continue
