  1. Your something else you are, arn't you eh. I support both clubs, but those who dig and have swipes at both clubs are just, purely jealous of the success they get and deserve.. Of course, all your above wafflings can be proved can they.?.. or is it just pure speculation.. Matt Ford works very hard to bring the success we get to poole. Garry May and Debbie Hancock work just as hard to bring success to Somerset. and i admire any promoter/team manager who gets off his backside and works hard for that cause.. but i won't expect you to believe that. In the meantime, this INDIVIDUAL wiil continue to support both clubs..
  2. And then you woke up. You have as much chance of holding a speedway world cup final as i have of becoming speedway world champion..
  3. Mildenhall, noise issue brought about by, wait for it. 2, yes two people. Now if two people can get there way, then i would be worried for any club in this country. especially if any club shut up shop for a while for whatever reason, then tried to come back... 30 years ago, no problem, nowadays, big problem...
  4. I wouldn't worry about it, nobody likes us, {poole} but its water off a ducks back. Its called Jealousy. You stick with Garry May, he won't let you down..
  5. That was last winter, Darcy has learned from his mistake. Darcy is now a different and more mature person, and did bugger all wrong last speedway season, which he will continue to do this season. The best thing that happened to Darcy last season was two things. The injury to his shoulder and getting the captaincy. Now why don't you move on and stop digging up the past like a school kid.
  6. And i know what he says about Speedway, you'l like it, not a lot but you'l like it..
  7. Darcy knows his Gating is an issue. And im sure he will be working hard to improve that..
  8. Everything being equal. But i won't be taking 7/2 at this time of year.. a full 8 months away from Torun. You'l get bigger for him to win a round or 3..
  9. I do feel the music, if thats what you call it, in the club house could be toned down a bit during the meeting. Perhaps it could be an idea if it could be done, to have the speakers by the big screen attached to the outside speakers, obviously turned down low, so people who don't want to venture outside can watch the meeting on the screen and here the anouncer. Then once the meeting is over then the "music" Could be turned on again. Untill anouncements are made. ie rider of the night etc.
  10. As good as what i said, they have no control once the rider is out on the track. Same as if a Jockey doesn't ride to orders. He won't get the ride again, but there's bugger all, you can do about it at the time..
  11. Not quite true Najjar. A manager can have a massive influence in the pits during the meeting. Only when riders get out on the track its out of his hands..
  12. It happens to a lot of sports people who have ooddles of potential and injuries curtail there progress in their choosen sport. Very pleased he's found a new good vocation. Some might say its fate. But im very sure he will look back and say, what if..
  13. Whatever Garry wants normally Debbie will agree with. Debbie trusts Garrys judgement..
  14. Keep believing Tim. Garry won't let you down..
  15. Neil did the same, but it didn't work, why? Because we havn't got the depth of proper, INTERNATIONAL riders that other countries have. Yes, you've got to start somewhere, but if anybody expects us to pull up tree's they are dreaming..
