  1. Well i'l disapoint you all, i still say Neil is the best manager around, and i wouldn't change him. Now, you might say, i would say that. But i watch Neil at close quarters every week, when we race, and he's very good. Yes Peter Adams has got pedigree, Phil morris looks to have the right attitude, and Rosco has come a long way in the last couple of years, but its still Neil for me everytime.
  2. Thats a bit harsh mate. As i said, Neil would have his reasons, and if he wants to ride Eddie he will have a reason for it.
  3. Nah, he's just a BIG guy, got a handshake like a vice, i wouldn't argue with him... Nice bloke tho...
  4. Thank you for that. Im not dissagreeing with anything Neil does, he obviously has his reasons, But Barker is better than he showed last night. Eddie didn't ride at all well last night and need to up his game he's more than capable of it. Again with Eddie, time is ticking. Worrell sort of proved me wrong when he guested for us a couple of weeks ago, but for me Ben is a little workhorse and he would certainly put himself about at KL and gee the lads up. A little agression is good but sometimes Ben goes over the top, if he can channel that agression into his racing alone he would be worth his weight in gold. I also think Bridger could push his name into the equasion, but he needs to show Neil he's up for the job, properly, imo, he's certainly good enough.
  5. Personally i would put Barker in front of both Eddie and Worrell. But thats me, im not Neil.. Again, if Neil is not happy, he will change things..
  6. Who would you prefere rather than Neil then, who could do a better job? Please say it quietly, so i don't fall off my chair with laughter..
  7. Don't know whats its got to do with me, but perhaps Arson should pay a visitation to specsavers.. Anybody know the full Rebels side, as ive LITERALLY, been on the Rebels site and nothing on there..
  8. Great result for the rebels, they needed that. Speedy recovery Kyle.
  9. Very true Oldtimer, very true. Rebels need all the points from this one. Can't afford to throw away points now.. But as some would say, thats stating the obvious..
  10. As i said, if you don't like what i put, don't reply. As i said, i was asking the question, it was you that didn't understand that and made a song and dance about it..
  11. i'l take that as a threat. No, i'l post where i want to.. I get to Somerset as often as i can, so im entitled to have my say. Originally i was asking the question, but i don't think you and twinkle toes understand that.. I would hardly call it inane drivel. If you don't like what i put, don't reply to it. Simples.
  12. Another one who's not read my post properly. Your not Naijers brother by any chance?
  13. I was purely asking what happened to Alex, idiot. Read my post.
  14. Well done Garry and the Rebels, superb result. Alex Davies, what went wrong?. But thats what the Rebels are going to have to do if they want to go one place better than last year, grind out results like this. It won't come on a plate.
  15. Hmm, i wonder if it was wise to briing Tom back in tonight?? Why not wait for the first avaliable home meeting. Waiting to be proved wrong..
  16. Rebels need to win this. Garrys boys need to take the bull by the horns..
  17. Fair play to your post mate, and i hope this doesn't put you off attending Somerset again. Its one of those things, for some reason when Ez did his last main water it hasn't drained away as it normally does. Ez is a very good track curator, and has the abillity to prepare a good track, but for whatever reason, things obviously didn't go to plan.
  18. I see your point, but i think Ez will learn from this. He rarely gets it wrong. He wouldn't have last night, but it didn't drain for some reason..
  19. True, it happens at Poole, by the time you've filled the bowser up on a hot day the track is dry. But, what i will say is, Ez should have seen the forcast, and although there were clouds overhead no rain was forcast, but perhaps he should have ear'd on the side of caution. Normally on a hot day you can flood the track at 5.30-5.45 same at poole, and will be plenty dry enough by 7.30, but for whatever reason it didn't dissapear and sat. Perhaps he'd put more shale on the track?, that won't help. But what i will also say, Ez is a very good track curator, he knows what he's doing and should be left to his own devices. If the riders want the track one way, not half a dozen ways, they should le-aese with him...
  20. So after the Rebels lose at Workington by 6 points in the first leg of the P L K O Cup QF 1st leg, which should have been closer had Doyley not shed a chain in Heat 15. Im sure that the Rebels will be confident of taking the overall aggragate win in this 2nd leg,But, after the Edinbourgh home defeat on sky, im sure lessons will be learn't, and no such complacency will set in and would like to think the Rebels will finish this tie off.
