Every Somerset fan on here and i include myself as a part time fan, as Poole come first wants Garry and the boys to go a heat 15 better this year, after last year i think he deserves it, Right. so please stop moaning. You need to finish top, and thats what everybody should be focusing on.. And if, you finish top and get to the final, the powers that be really have no choice but to give the club the choice of legs..

Do yourself a favour mate, and take a cold shower. I had a nice picture sent to me from last night of Alexs engine, very expensive. Now, if your going to tell me thats rubbish then i would strongly suggest you have a word with Pirate Nick, who was there.. I also said , but you never read posts properly, only whats convenient, Alex is far better than what he's been showing, and yes he does need to improve, but you cannot help mechanical problems.. Good riders do not become bad riders overnight. He was in the form of his life at the start of the season, and very much looked like sticking 2 points on his average, but recently he's been a bit up and down, and the down parts are mainly mechanical. of course when i said Alex is more than capable of scoring 8 pts a meeting and he started scoring that and more before his recent spell of mechanical problems you shut up didn't you.. funny that. Had that cold shower yet!!

Mate this doesn't seem to be being put up on the Updates, but it does appear that a lot of Alexs problems recently have been mechanical. we all know Alex is a far better rider than he's been showing.. He just seems to be having one of those periods. As much as you have to feel a little sorry for him, it won't do his average any harm!!!! Food, thats a nice touch..

Thats better tonight from the Rebels, shame about the Accidents, but a very useful 4 points. A totally professional job required tomorrow night from the Rebels, no complacency..

Reguardless of what oldtimer says this will be a walk in the park,, i think not, but if the same riders do their jobs like last night the reserves improve and Alex has a better night then the Rebels will win. But, NO meeting this time of year is to be taken for granted. If you want the points you have to work for them.. Rebels must go into this meeting with one thing in mind..

Mate, you'l be fine, but yes, Alex has to improve, he's more than good enough. Magic has the same problem on the smaller tracks. Its all in the mind..

Ha Ha, very funny. Rebels about to go 10 pts down, time for a Doyley double. Edit, oh dear... Edit 49-41 to Edinburgh. Alex has a mare of a night, 1, and the reserves will have to do better. Rebels should really have got a point out of this. But nevermind, this on the face of it, is the hardest of the 3. School report, must do better.

2 Pts is better than none, as i said, not a shoe in. Puts you up to joint second.. All to race for, Northern tour could shape your season...

So tonight Somerset beat Plymouth very convincingly, but they need to do it again tomorrow night at St Boniface. Somerset must not look at this as a shoe in, they must go into the meeting with the right attitude and comittment, without taking un-nessercery chances. Gating will be the order of the day down there, they have the riders to do that and win this. Again, no complacency.

As somebody else said, evenmore impressive. A 4 man team and R/R, dat ain't bad, shame they couldn't have held on for 3 more heats...

And keep crossing those fingers mate. Garry is a real nice bloke and shaping up out to be a very good team manager, learn't his trade with the buccaneers at Poole, now has a real good team assembled at the OTA. He deserves to go a heat 15 better!!!!

I certainly wouldn't expect any complacency from the Rebels in both meetings,. if Simon Lambert attains his average that all you can ask from him, that said, i would certainly expect 6 points from the 2 meetings. Plymouth is a bit like Arena Essex, and we all know what you have to do their!!!!

Win for the Rebels will put them in the top four, but they don't want to look at this as a walk in the park.. Need a total Team effort..
