  1. That's never been a rule has it? There was a rule at one point that you couldn't make a change after 75% of your fixtures but no idea if that still exists.
  2. Can see it now "We've scoured the globe for riders but no one could commit to the schedule so The Scorpions are delighted to announce Nathan Ablitt and Simon Lambert as the final 2 Scorpions".
  3. The one positive on things is Mrs Godfrey can be looking through the Catalogue to see what colour she'd like the Wooden spoon in this year 😉
  4. Vuolas has posted that he hasn't a team in the UK so certainly looks like Palm Toft is 100% getting a 95th opportunity from Godfrey to prove he isn't completely useless everywhere apart from Scunthorpe's home track yet again.
  5. Christmas announcement has to be Lambert signing that's the sort of thing Godfrey classes as a Christmas Treat
  6. I could definitely see the Vuolas happening as he always seems to score well when he visits and not sure if Workington can now fit him in.
  7. If that is the team apart from Pickering it's weaker than 2025 team and we all know where they finished in the league table. Palm Toft at 5 is a disaster waiting to happen especially away from home as proved in 2024.
  8. After Jordan Jenkins announced he's not riding for Oxford next season could be better worth a go at Scunthorpe always seems to score massively when riding against the Scorpions. (9+1 from 5 and 13 from 5 on last couple of visits at number 5) His injury record isn't the best but it's somebody different other then the usual Scunthorpe go with.
  9. The Irony is lots of Poole fans whinged about having the 2nd leg at home in competitions and the one when they actually have it they lost.
  10. I know it's only a fun meeting but they seem to have got the Groups a bit lop sided. Summers and Loftus both have higher averages in the NDL then Etherington and Vale it would have been fairer to swap those around.
  11. Doesn't matter who wins Redcar, Glasgow or Re-run the whole thing. The most important thing is those who have that been injured are ok and make a full recovery
  12. Well done Luke. British Under 19s Champion
  13. According to the man himself he doesn't stop when he's at the back and always continues to finish races. I guess you along with myself must be imagining it.
  14. Becker has 15th in the bag if he is in could be arguably worse then Huckenbeck in 2025
  15. You'll be late if you go tomorrow night as the meeting starts at 1pm so Mulford and Bomber can get to Holland for the Longtrack on Sunday. It's off though
  16. Glasgow favourites imo. Could easily have that pulled back by Heat 5 if Glasgow are full strength.
  17. SCB STATEMENT: KENT v BIRMINGHAM (SEPT 7) Monday, September 8, 2025 ON Monday 8th September the Speedway Control Bureau investigated the reasons why Vinnie Foord did not ride for Kent at their home NDT fixture versus Birmingham on Sunday 7th September when the original fixture that Mr Foord was meant to be riding in on the 7th Workington v Berwick in the Cab Direct Championship had been postponed some 15 hours previously. It was stated that Mr Foord who currently cannot drive himself and is based in Scotland has no means of transport to arrive at Kent in time for the 12pm start time. The SCB Referee at the Kent fixture had been informed that Mr Foord was unavailable for this fixture and having consulted the SCB had at that time had correctly allowed a facility, however on further investigation this should not have been authorised and the score of the guest for Cooper Rushen will be deleted from the meeting result. The meeting result will now be amended to – Kent 39 – Birmingham 35
  18. It seems to have been for weeks now that only I am available on a Saturday night to update nowadays which I would have done tonight but after been treated pathetically by 2 certain individuals on the site who I actually considered as friends before the incident. I've now given up volunteering to update after over 20 years of doing it.
  19. You're right it does but don't sit there all night waiting for it to come on you'll be disappointed If you look on the main home page it shows Berwick Vs Plymouth as the next meeting.
