  1. That's all incidentals , the most important thing is that the Smugs are being put in their place big time
  2. The one he did pull back there was hardly any movement , and he's let some shockers go . Loving this though . Monarchs don't look so clever on their travels now without Worrall at reserve .
  3. Tsunami will be signing the first programme he ever filled in , from that day
  4. Kevin Wolbert - you're having a laugh Theo Pijper - excellent at home , hit and miss away Rusty Harrison - see above Anders Thomsen - wildly inconsistant , but making progress Dimitri Berge - What a prospect , had a long injury , but going to be a top rider Kasper Lykke - worst gater i've ever saw in my life , but what a trier Viktor Palovaara - i wont upset Coalman again , just to say - baffling signing
  5. And it's off The new ice hockey season is just around the corner , no need to bother about the rain then
  6. No problem Gaz , i'll post on here before you leave . But it's looking very iffy for either meeting as you say
  7. Weather forecast for the north of the country is pretty horrendous for tomorrow as well
  8. Nothing worse when that happens , but it's never a decision taken lightly in these circumstances
  9. i do , and you're the one that's doing most of the moaning . Those awful Tigers fans that should just accept everything they're given without a word
  10. We're not putting the boot in , we're voicing our concerns at our promotion's signing policy . There is a difference . Have you seen anything in Viktor's opening 8 rides which suggests he might be a bargain on a 7 point average ? Instead of having a go at our long suffering fans , tell us why you think the promotion have made a wise move the week before a KO Cup quarter final .
  11. Not really , he was superb at Ipswich a couple of weeks ago and followed that up with zero at Plymouth the following night . He could easily guest for Sheffield next week and score two . You just never know which Kevin Wolbert turns up
  12. I cant argue with any of that , but i'm just sick to death of us signing an unknown after unknown and many of them aren't anywhere near PL standard . I hope Viktor is , but the early signs aren't good . At a time when the KO Cup is really the last chance to salvage something from the season , we go and weaken the side shortly before the Quarter Final tie .
  13. Your concern is touching , and of course logic dictates i am premature in my assessment . However the problem is that we've seen this all too many times before at Glasgow . And one point in eight rides means we could be heading into Michael Penfold country with this one . Obviously i hope i'm forced to eat humble pie and the lad turns out to be a solid performer , experience watching our Scandanavian acquisitions suggests otherwise though .
  14. I'm afraid we may never see a rider have such an impact on and off the track , as Shane Parker was for our club . We were truly blessed for 6 seasons and the void he left has never really been filled and probably never will be .
  15. I was at Berwick , and yes it appeared wet track Rusty wasn't exactly putting it all in . And his away form can be erratic . But for his home form alone , i would have him in my team . Rusty , Anders ,Dimitri and Kasper would be fine as over half the 2015 septet
  16. Rusty's home form in the main has been very good . And for his ability round Ashfield , i would have him back next year
  17. I'll go to the home leg , but signing another foreign duffer has all but killed my interest this season . Newcastle to qualify quite comfortably on aggregate
  18. I think that's probably true . But we seem to get force fed more foreign duds than most
