It's refreshing to see yet another positive Glasgow post from yourself Fred . And it's Dickson . And if you read the whole article in the Speedway Star , instead of the selective part to suit your anti-Glasgow agenda , you'd know that the Doc will be on hand from the beginning to advise and assist and given how nice a bloke Alan Bridgett is , he'll help out if and when asked .
Is British speedway any foreign rider's priority ? And we questioned that going by the pile of junk he was riding in some meetings last year . But on the occasions we saw him on good machinary he looked like a rider who could have a bright future , so we can only hope he gives us his full commitment on that score this year .
Many fans of most teams can say the same . At Glasgow last year we had the worst season in living memory , but the die hards still turned out . 6 or so weeks from now we'll all be bursting with anticipation . ..............................well until early May at least
Another week , another pop at the Speedway Star . Just accept it for what it is , a well published , professional , well written and entertaining magazine . If you want contraversy and negativity , there's always the BSF .
That's the BSF way . All tracks should be like Peterborough anyway . I hate the wee toy trick tracks like Lakeside , Eastbourne and Edinburgh . A big track prepared properly , now that's speedway .
Three or even four of them could end up at Sheffield anyway
Though in Tabaka's case it's unlikely he would be fit for the start of the season anyway , or i'm sure Edinburgh would have included him in their septet .
