  1. One rider has form for this type of nonsense, the other rider doesn’t. Everyone knows what Charles Wright is like by now surely.
  2. To start with they need to get a couple of the riders going, Tungate in particular. Not sure what’s up with him at the moment but he looks a shadow of the rider that impressed last season. It’s bound to come at some point though. Need Riss back in the side also, not sure how long he’s likely to be out?
  3. It’s actually disappointing and tbh I don’t really get it. We’ve had a couple from Leicester throwing in a few jealous barbs and yesterday one from Lynn sticking his size 10’s in and making up complete lies that the Ipswich fans on here have been cocky and claimed the title has already been won when NONE of us have come close to claiming that!! It’s all a bit bizarre. BCD is right when he says we haven’t won the title since 98 so with Chris Louis working hard to consistently put together really good sides these last few years and being so unlucky last year, you’d think neutrals who’s own team can’t win it, would be routing for us rather than sticking the boot in which seems to be happening. All a bit strange.
  4. Don’t be bloody daft there was absolutely nothing in that whatsoever 🙄 Wright just did what Wright does. The bloke even wants pistols at dawn with his own team mates. He’s an idiot.
  5. Tungate has had a shocking start to the season he looks dreadful. Janowski disappointing also.
  6. They were all allowed to strengthen up to the same points limit that Ipswich have done. Every club had the same points limit to build to.
  7. Klindt was a terrible signing. He’s done.
  8. And that will always be the case. They’re garbage I’m afraid. All of the riders are a bit meh who are a mix of past it riders who no longer can perform on a consistent basis to riders that just aren’t good enough. There’s just no sparkle there it’s all a bit flat. They won’t make the play offs with the team they have.
  9. Everyone knows what this pr!ck is like. Could start an argument in an empty room.
  10. Everyone was enjoying it immensely cheers. Great atmosphere. Again, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Thanks for all your concern though.
  11. But that’s the issue with Kings Lynn for me. There’s been nothing to suggest they should be any different. Lawson maybe but he’s getting long in the tooth so expecting him not to regress is probably unfair. Lynn are packed with so so riders there’s very little sparkle there or a rider or two you hope is going to suddenly blossom in to a top line rider. It’s all a bit meh for me.
  12. Gotta go for a home win here. Really not sure about Belle Vue away from the NSS. Leicester by 10 for me.
  13. I’d earmarked Leicester as one I was confident of winning at. Emil, Doyle, Brennan and Dan all fly around there usually. Wonder if this has put a spoke in the pigeon..
  14. Just looking at that still shot it’s amazing how wide Foxhall is these days. Look at the gap between the riders there! They must have taken a serious chunk of infield off because before the alterations they used to be practically touching elbows at the start line.
  15. Yet again you’re talking utter b0llocks. Show me a quote from one Ipswich fan that has said that 🙄 In fact, it’s been the polar opposite
  16. Ahh so that’s pure saltiness now coming from Belle Vue, strangely Leicester, and now rather predictably, Lynn. And we’ve won absolutely nothing yet 🙄
  17. That definitely WAS the case, but I’m not sure of this years rules.
  18. Then they shouldn’t have signed him in the first place! They did, so they SHOULD persevere with him and at least give him half a chance!
  19. Yes we’d definitely do things differently. He’s done four meetings ffs 🙄
  20. It’s a couple of meetings in you can’t be axing people already surely? Git to give him a bit more time to settle in to the season. He showed good promise for both Workington and Belle Vue last year. Still very early days.
  21. There was a couple of seasons back to back where sadly, you’d now have to describe them as his peak years where every meeting these highlight heats were uploaded and he was the centre of every one of them. He was like Cowboy Cook on steroids! Spectacular to watch around Foxhall. Swept all before him at junior level and had the world at his feet. Had the talent to go right to the top but tragically, not the professionalism or the will and determination to do so.
