I was there also. It was also the night Ipswichâ 3rd strongest home rider (Ellis) crashed in his opening ride and took no further part in the meeting. Becker, and the rest of the Leicester riders had an easy evening.
-
Youâre all wasting your time Iâm afraid. They wonât have it that it can possibly be anything other than the rider that walked out who is totally to blame. Kings Lynn and the bloke that runs it are of course totally blameless. It had nothing to do with them, obviously.
-
No they didnât. Not this year.
-
He probably does, yes!
-
How many years has Musielak been riding in the UK? How many of those years did he go AWOL? All you Lynn fans can stick your fingers in your ears and go blah blah blah and blame everyone else til the cows come home. The fact is heâs never been seen as anything other than a loyal rider in the UK for Donkeys years until he rocked up at the Norfolk circus. As for your âstable environmentâ comment, LOL.
-
Yes he has.
-
Fraser Bowes has signed for Workington.
-
If you dislike the fans then you dislike Poole. How do you separate them?

âWe like to do things by the bookâ if that is a sly dig at Ipswich then heâs just made himself look more daft. As said above, Morris has confirmed the points limit was agreed a month ago during meetings leading up to the AGM. If Ipswich choose to then reveal their team before the conference then quite frankly, thatâs none of Tolleyâs business or anyone elseâs come to that. Quit the jealous salty snide remarks and concentrate on building your own team that the Birmingham supporters can enjoy watching.

That seems pretty desperate! đ

Paid 8 and three paid double figure scores in his last four visits, and heâs FIFTH in our averages.. Have to be targeting two league victories there.
-
For a 5-6 point middle order rider, absolutely he does!
-
Itâs a solid enough team, but I agree with an earlier poster, not sure itâs a play off one and itâll depend on the make up of the Oxford team for that 4th spot. This is probably Ipswichâ best away fixture. Emil and Doyle drop very few points here, Ellis goes well here and now so does Brennan. Itâs actually Kingâs best away track also so this will be by far their biggest home test.

Every rider that signs comments on how much Ipswich is the most professional club theyâve ridden for. Not some of the riders, literally ALL of them. thatâs no coincidence. Everything that Chris Louis does is to a high professional standard, from insisting not only on the now mandatory team kevlars, but also matching bike livery and fork covers that some clubs donât bother with, To hiring professional photographers for pre-season photo shoots in a studio and making sure the social media accounts are properly run. He also makes sure every rider is paid bang on time. Heâs hired people (at his own expense) who are experts in their field, to source and recruit sponsors and partner sponsors to help fund the club and allow them to be ambitious in providing a team worth watching. It takes effort and commitment, that Chris Louis has no problem doing. If every promoter and club acted in exactly the same way and showed the same effort and commitment to the sport in this country, then the sport here would be in a much healthier position. Any criticism of Ipswich speedway is wrong, and completely misguided.

And here he is. Took him all of 20 minutes for his anti Ipswich bullsh!t. Bit slow actually!! Expected better.
-
Ipswich are building to the exact same points limit as Belle Vue. And everyone else come to that. as Taps rightly says, if money wasnât an issue Keynan Rew would have been in the side and King wouldnât. Your anti Ipswich agenda is quite frankly bizarre.
-
I never said all seven were Brits did I Geoffrey. A shock to absolutely nobody that you canât read because youâre as thick as mince. To help you a little, Iâll repeat what I said. FIVE Brits in the Ipswich septet, is damn good going and lovely to see.
-
Possibly, but you never really know. The same was said about Heeps back in the day, and more recently, Drew Kemp. Might still happen for Kemp as heâs still young enough, but the signs arenât great. Fact is, Rew still spent most of this year at reserve and still averaged less than both Ellis and King, and King spent a large part of the season riding injured!
-
You could have yes, but that wouldnât be wise would it? Thatâs why youâve made the change you have, itâs suits your club. As for âpoach othersâ, your team has poached Zach Cook that Birmingham pencilled in to their team. Youâve done that out of pure self interest, because itâs a change you simply had to make. As said above, if you really wanted to be helpful, you could have not signed one of your top three and helped others below be more competitive. But you havenât done that have you? Your club acts no differently to Ipswich or Sheffield. All three clubs have retained their top heatleaders, which is their right to do so. Perhaps you should be congratulating Ipswich for being loyal to riders of this Country? Five Brits I make that in the Ipswich team. Lovely to see. How many have Belle Vue got?
-
Expected, but awesome news. 6.8 left for final riderâŠ.đ
-
Thereâs no way he really believes the drivel he comes out with so heâs blatantly fishing for bites. Stop jumping straight in to his net đ Everyone is fully aware Belle Vue do whatâs best for Belle Vue, just like every other club.
-
You didnât but itâs blatantly what youâre fishing for you can see it a mile off.
